The Westgate entertainment district has something for everyone! No matter the age ! If it's not too hot you can sit out and watch the water show, there is shopping, salons, comedy shows, and of course dining. The nightlife is quite popular here as well. Also , if you are into brunch with music and mimosas there are several options. At night I felt safe with the amount of police I noticed circulating the area. The grounds are kept pretty clean as well.

If you're in Phoenix, AZ and going to the Tanger outlets check out this area since it's within walking distance. As far as what I saw, it looks like there are a bunch of restaurants in one area. We did come on a weekday during the afternoon so maybe it's more lively on other days. I don't recommend going out of your way to come here, but if you're hungry, you've got time to kill, and it's not too hot to walk from the Tanger outlets... check out this place if you're hungry!

We were actually at the Desert Diamond Stadium for a Rattlers Football game. We had a blast. We all tried the chicken tenders with French fries which was your average stadium food. Overall, we had a good time and ended up on the fam cam which my kids got a kick out of. Oh and my oldest accidentally left her phone after the game and the staff was kind enough to let us back in to go find and get it at the end. Excellent service. Can't wait for our next event here.

Nice! Reminds me of K Street in DC.

FIRE!! THIS PLACE IS FIRE!! You literally don't have to leave this area for anything. It's a 3 minute walk from State Farm Stadium (Home of the Arizona Cardinals). They have tons of bars, restaurants, a movie theater, Dave and Buster's, axe throwing, dessert shops, etc. There's several open areas for individuals, families and kids to gather around including water fountains for show as well as water fountains to run through. Literally. Beautiful grounds upkeep, palm trees, turf, etc. There's a Tanger Outlet Center directly across the street w all the great stores. What more could you ask for?? We visited this place twice!! We're definitely looking forward to returning back to this awesome Entertainment Complex.

Bunch of bars, clubs, good food and drink options with some cool music events going on most weekends!

This place is better than 3 stars! & that's coming from a California gal. My fiancé lived in Arizona & says this place had a rough start, but now it's super lively and so much to do! There was a big Christmas tree right when we walked in & a ice skating rink (I'm writing this on December 1, 2021). There are several restaurants including; hot n juicy crawfish, yard house, Buffalo Wild Wings and more. A must try/go-to spot is crumbl cookies! We were only there for a few minutes & had a drink from Fat Tuesday. The coyotes hockey stadium and Arizona cardinals statefarm arena is located in the same area. This caused issues for us. We came here on game day & finding parking took us 15-20 minutes.

This is a fun place to enjoy family and friends Many options as far as restaurants and bars and sweet tooth cravings There is a skating rink located in the center as well as a movie theater Venue is clean Relatively safe Zero drama Nice atmosphere During our stay in Glendale we came here everyday

I haven't been to the west side of town as much so It was exciting to visit Westgate. It is a nice shopping area with restaurants and a few shops plus events venue. I thought it was just ok as during the time I went many things were closed and some under construction. It's worth checking out maybe when there's sports events going on, probably more exciting. I liked the outlet mall across the street the most.

On a Saturday at 2pm the district was moderately busy. Various bars and restaurants to chose from. As for activities, there is Dave and Buster's, AMC and a brewery with bowling. Not much in the way of shopping. Only a handful of shops. They give one something to look at, other than a phone, while waiting for a move/table to be ready. Large fountain near the restaurants is an enjoyable touch. On a cooler day, it makes for a nice place to sit and wait. The large pavilion plays host to monthly events. Make sure to check their website for event information. Parking is interesting. We parked in a lot relatively close to where we were going to eat. When we came out about 1.5 hours later, all the gates that had been open were now locked, with the exception of one. No warning. Being so close to Cardinals stadium, parking rules change on game days. Make sure to plan accordingly.

harmless!

Stop charging so much for parking and ticketing people after 3 minutes. Stop nickel and dimming your customers. Not needed.

Which restaurant/bar is the best place to watch College Football?

BWW is probably your best bet! You might also find games at YH, but not the same selection. Have fun! Cheers!

The mix here is so good--tons of fitness spots, great food options, a movie theater, and plenty of social vibes. I especially loved that there are lighter, healthier places like Wildflower and Pita Jungle, but also a solid variety overall (including sweets, of course). Plus, you've got self-care spots like salons and waxing services, which makes it feel like a one-stop lifestyle hub. We spent time just walking around and taking it all in, and it honestly felt like a whole experience. With more places still coming in, this is definitely shaping up to be the it destination. I'll absolutely be back.

The public restrooms could have been much cleaner, toilet/toilet seats had clearly not been cleaned well in a few days - most of the toilet seats on the women's restroom where loose enough you could see that they where loose. Stalls had no toilet paper or papers towels. They did have children seats available in the stalls and very nice changing tables for infants so that's a plus, they just weren't very clean. The splash pad/play area is overall not well maintained and pretty disappointing. Turf is uneven, bars are loose on the train ride on toy, splash pad water pressure is practically nonexistent - a dad had to show us a trick to stand on one of the "fountains" so the other fountain comes up higher and makes a big enough stream of water for your child to actually splash in... Not sure if that seating area with fans/misters is park west responsibility or a businesses but the area was not very clean, tables, benches and chairs could use a good pressure washing - lots of bird poop so be careful where you sit or set down your items. Overall the area is free to visit but don't expect a great experience but it will definitely get you and the kids out of the house.

I did like that they had people assisting with parking and letting us know about the rates, since it was a bit confusing. We were trying to go to the Saks Off 5th location since it showed as being open, but neither entrance had functioning doors, so gonna guess they're closed. I just wish they would've listed it online so that we didn't take time out of our day to visit a closed spot. That was a bit confusing and frustrating. Otherwise, it wasn't super busy or packed. It seemed as if a lot of stores had sales and while there were people shopping, it wasn't unbearable with huge lines. They do have quite a few stores to choose from and plenty of signage to assist with store locations, but they do have a few vacant spots. I usually like to visit the Lululemon store and it never disappoints. I've been on a low-key mission to find more of the Motivas. I scanned the back clearance section and almost gave up, but I was determined to find at least 1 pair. Just as I was about to give up, I spotted them!! YASSSSS!! The last pair of size 8 in the vintage green color. It's more of an army green to me, but whatevs. I normally wear a size 9 in this brand since I like extra wiggle room in the toe box. However, when a friend convinced me to get a size 8 from the Tucson outlet store, I went with it. 8 is my natural shoe size, but it fluctuates with different brands. Nike is also very narrow imo, and my flatter than flat feet appreciate the extra room that a size 9 offers. The Air Zoom Pegasus that I found was a bonus. I wasn't looking for it, nor do I need to add to my ever-growing shoe collection, but hey, when you can grab 2 pairs of Nikes at under $100, I'd call that WINNING!! DO NOT SLEEP on these outlet stores, mannnn!! The clearance prices were an additional 30% off, so yeah, you really can't pass that up. Service was okay. These guys are busy, but I managed to ask an employee if they had any more sizes. He was polite and said usually whatever is out in the clearance section is IT. I walked to the registers so fast because there was no way I was leaving these shoes for someone else to buy. Not under my watch, lol. I need to stay away from here, but for now, I'm good to go!!
