We had a small addition that needed to be roofed and gutters installed. Jesse was able to come out review everything, provide a quote within hours. He got the job done two days after that! It was incredible! With the Spanish tiles we had purchased from a local vintage tile supplier, Jesse was able to have the tiles fit our roof just right, and he got it to match the rest of our house perfectly!

From the initial phone call to the gutter cleaning, Jesse and his team were on time, efficient, and thorough. While he was up on the roof, Jesse showed us where he found a few cracked tiles and explained that they weren't posing any issues yet, but we should get them repaired/replaced at some point. Since we had extra tiles lying around, he came back the following week to work on the roof. Additionally, when we asked if there was anything we could do about a few of our gutters being extra loud during the rain, he offered to come back to install some sponges that might dampen the sound of the rain hitting the gutters without blocking water flow. We decided to try his solution, and after a few days of rain, so far so good! I highly recommend Jesse and his team for any of your gutter needs!

Alexa was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining my options and even made suggestions that improved the look of the gutters for very little additional cost. I received estimates from five different companies, and Resolution Gutters had the best price--but that definitely wasn't reflected in the quality of their work. Luis and Anthony arrived right on time, explained the installation process before getting started, and worked tirelessly throughout the morning and into the early afternoon. They did a great job with the installation and cleaned up everything afterward. The area around my house was spotless. The new gutters look great, and after inspecting everything, I'm very happy with the workmanship and how everything turned out. Great service, quality work, and a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend Resolution Gutters to anyone looking to have their gutters replaced.

Recently we needed to replace our gutters and found Resolution Gutter in a Yelp search. We made an…read moreappointment to get an estimate and at the scheduled time Alexa and Juan came to our house to do a walk-through and discuss what we wanted. Alexa showed us a sheet of paper with color options for the aluminum material while Juan took measurements. Then Alexa gave us a quote on the spot, which was very reasonable. Once we gave the go-ahead, we got on their calendar, but we needed to do the job in two phases because we were also having the house painted. So Alexa said they could send a crew on one date to remove the old gutters, then come back after painting was done to install the new ones -- two visits, included in a single price. We also asked for sample swatches of three colors to understand how they would look on the aluminum material next to our new paint colors before deciding so Alexa dropped those swatches off at our house another day. The actual removal and installs happened very smoothly and quickly, done by highly experienced crews who worked efficiently and carefully to avoid any damage to the house or the fresh paint job. But a couple days after the install was done, my husband noticed a couple small items that needed fixing, so we contacted Alexa who said they would send a crew to fix them -- and they did so promptly. Throughout this project, whenever we had a special request, Alexa replied "No problem, we can do that for you" and it was handled. No extra charges, no delays, no drama...just 100% dedication to the customer, which is why I am 100% satisfied with Resolution Gutter. 10/10 would recommend.

Lepe's was recommended to me by my wonderful roofers (Slaten and Sons) who no longer do gutters and have forwarded all their business to Lepe's. I was grateful to have the recommendation. Their office manager, Iris, is a doll and very helpful getting the estimate and install arranged. I ended up having to take a final while they were doing the install (thank you, prof, for that one) but the guys got the work done with very little disturbance. We did have a few minor snags with timing, which I've come to expect with busy contractors completing multiple jobs in a day. Usually it's easier to nail the timing with early morning appts, but since I am in the field in the mornings, only afternoons work. I'm grateful they were able to work around my weird schedule and were super nice about the adjustments. Word to the wise - when Iris puts the appointment in Calendar, this is the time *after* which the appointment will start, not the time that it *will* start. So, my 12N appt actually started at around 2pm. But they finished by sundown and it looks great, so no worries. Also, for those of you on one-way streets or with limited street parking - the guys come with a trailer that needs to be plugged in to operate the gutter cutter, so they need room to park. In my case, they took the trailer back to the shop and manually cut the gutters to fit on the sidewalk because there wasn't enough street parking space for them to work. It was a little tricky, but I so appreciate their extra efforts. The final result is lovely. They matched the color of the new front gutters that I already had and placed the downspouts so that they'd be least obtrustive while moving water away from the house. And the price was right! No haggling, very reasonable, detailed invoice that didn't change from start to finish. I had read another 2022 review that said that they don't take credit cards, but they do now (2023) with a surcharge. I paid via check though and that was easy after getting an invoice emailed to me the same day. Overall, I would totally recommend Lepe's. Great work, guys!

Since they immediately fixed it, I thought they looked beautiful and all was well. Unfortunately, now, just two years later, after a recent October rain fall, I am seeing two more seams that were poorly sealed leaking through! They advertise as being seamless, but that has not been the case. I called a few times, confirmed we were under warranty, am told someone will call me back to schedule the repair, but no-one does. This seemed like a nice company, so it's disappointing that the product and relationship has failed now with more rain on the way next week.
