He showed up with a small handheld pressure washer device and left so much microbead material in the pool that it chewed up my water pump vanes and pool sweep. Both had to be replaced. Well, Chris proved him wrong! He showed up in a big van with built-in equipment and cleaned the waterline and waterfall overflow making the pool look like new! His truck-mounted vacuum removed the majority of microbeads leaving leave our pool sweep and pump safe. Chris is polite, efficient, and hardworking.
