We just built our pool and truly had no idea what to do as far as the start up or maintenance for the pool. Went on Yelp to find a service and Steve was the first to reply. He was engaging and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the process, didn't make us feel like we weren't capable of understanding the process or way to be a great pool owner!! His professionalism, expertise, level of customer service, rates just all around great person and service to be in business with. Originally we were going to just do start up, however Steve has grown on us and decided to make him our service person as well. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!! My pool looks amazing!!

To start I had a horribly dirty pool (and I mean horribly dirty, so bad the I'm surprised the state didn't fine us for having a basic swamp in my backyard) and I hired him to clean it up after he said that he could 100% do the job. he couldn't get my filter going so we decided to drain the pool after he poured chemicals already and I felt bad but at the same time he didn't try to start the filter first so I feel like it's more on him that he waisted the chemicals. He left his pump at my house for about 4-5 days where it was half broken and I was having to adjust it a lot to get it to drain while putting weights on the cord to have it at a certain angle or it would stop. He wouldn't come to the property everyday to check and at one point the filter was running off my electricity for over a whole day while it wasn't draining water because I couldn't be at the house to move it around and/or he didn't show up. I asked him to power wash the walls and there were horrible stains left on them after he pressured washed the walls, he told me he'd send photos of it completed which he didn't and texted me two days later asking for payment after no communication or confirmation that I was happy with the results. he said would be between $300-$700 to clean the stains because they needed an acid wash and I was really upset with that because he told me he would be able to handle it. I wouldn't be upset with that if the stains didn't come from his horrible quality pump stopping and the water sitting there causing the stains. He caused the staining and then tried to charge me between $300-$700 to even fix the issue his pump caused. Then he lost my pool net that was a high quality and expensive net and only offered me a $15 discount. I was extremely upset and didn't want to pay him for the other half of work he did because I had to do a lot of it. I took a chance on a small business owner because I myself am a small business owner which is completely my fault. I got quoted the same amount by a much bigger company to do the same thing and I regret not going with them because of the horrible quality I got. He also didn't text me back sometimes and that was stressful to deal with. If you have a huge pool project like mine was I suggest going with a larger company. I put a lot of thought into giving one or two stars. I chose two stars because I sympathize that this was a big job and he probably bit off a lot more than he could chew but his communication skills need work and he needs a pump that works. He also left a piece of the pump that broke off on the cement in my backyard.

Despite the fact I reached out to him letting him know I'd like to pay him again to come and take a look. It's been months since and he's been playing the tomorrow game with me. Called Primo pool service and the owner was really the kind of business person you want to work with. He explained the process and gave a reasonable bid but what stood out was his knowledge which helped me to understand the gravity of the situation. He not only did an excellent job but came out twice afterwards to check the water and chemicals at no extra charge.He also cleaned the filter and thoroughly examined the grids and made a special trip to the supply house to purchase new ones. No up charge but just the real price.This happened during the summer of this year and finally I am giving this review. I apologize for waiting this long as companies like this one are a rare find and should get the attention they deserve. I would highly recommend them for anyone that has pool.

The previous pool man (a one man operation) failed to service the pool for 3 or 4 weeks due to claimed illness. He made no provision to let us know and provided no substitute service. By the time the tenant realized the pool wasn't being serviced, we had a mess on our hands. We called Aqua 26 and spoke with Greg. What a refreshing experience! It was obvious that he cared about providing quality service. We learned that he had several crews and assured us that he was able to provide continuous service. Greg went by the property and reported back immediately what was needed to restore the pool. We hired him on the spot and couldn't be happier. He and Max brought to pool back to health in an amazingly short time. The tenant says the pool has never looked so consistently good. Greg keeps us posted if anything out-of-the-ordinary needs attention and we appreciate the open line of communication. Jason and his brother designed and installed a pump/filtration/chlorine generation system that is almost as beautiful as the pool looked after it was up and running. Putting in all the upgraded equipment was an engineering feat due to the limited space they had to work with. They also upgraded the solar system plumbing routing and check valves to ensure maximum efficiency and functionality. These guys are mechanical/electrical/chemical engineering specialists. Really impressed with their responsiveness and the quality of their work. Highly recommend!!!!!!
