With my odd size vanity requirement, they were able to quickly offer a 3 cabinet solution that covered my needs. They will also suggest a couple countertop places to shop for and ordering via Excelle gets you a 10% discount. I visited the shop multiple times and happy to report that the experience has been consistently pleasant. Good coffee, good music, sound advice and they are super patient to let us visualize the colors and styles with different samples. Lead time is reasonable within a week for us and delivery was trouble-free.

For e.g. our refrigerator is next to the wall ; proactively she made sure that we are not stuck with only those refrigerator options; she included side bars (fillers) so that we can get any fridge we wanted. Any time we called her and asked her 'Kelly what do we do?' She would say 'don't worry. I thought about it for you'. She was always helpful and on spot when making decisions. She also has a good taste and if you ask her for design ideas, she would offer those to you without being too pushy. Kelly is also incredibly responsive. She responds to emails and messages very timely and thoroughly and it really shows that she is there to support you. Another amazing aspect of working with Kelly was that she made sure everything was perfect till the end. She checked with us throughout the process. I don't appreciate being lied to and having a 2 week delay on my remodel! We are a family if 4 down to one bathroom.

This store pretty much has all their vanities on display so you can see the different wood finishes and size options, which ones come with a sink and which ones have a separate sink. The prices are great compared to other custom vanity places. The store is huge and seems overwhelming. They carry a lot of products for your kitchen, bathroom and other rooms in your home. Since I was focused only on purchasing a vanity, I tried my best not to look at all the other products they carry, such as floor tiles, wood floors, bathroom tiles, shower fixtures, toilets, mirrors, shower doors, etc. So much to look at!! Richard helped me with my questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed me comparable products around the floor then put my order together. Most items are in stock! That's great!! No need to wait for delivery. What I like about PHD is that I can purchase my products and my contractor can pick them up. I don't have to haul a vanity in my tiny car. Returns have a restocking fee. With our small kitchen footprint and some of our needs, wants and ideas collated, Janis incorporated this into a couple designs which we then narrowed down into a concise end single product. The cabinets turned out fantastic and with the space slightly re-worked, not to mention new appliances, the kitchen feels a dream to be in. I paid way too much for what we ended up with. I trusted Terry because he was pleasant and agreeable. However, I now believe that was all simply deceptive practices for sales.
