About a month after closing escrow I received a letter in the mail that was sent to my old address from a mortgage company called Mr Cooper. I thought it was a scam as I had received nothing from summit funding telling me that they had sold my loan. When I reached out to Lisa to find out if my loan had been sold or not she told me she no longer worked for the company. Mr. Cooper is tearable. Can't even talk to a real person there. Very unhappy.
