She not only educated us on the market and the area, she literally represented us every step of the way. She visited several houses for us and provided us with detailed videos of her walk-through, plus her educated opinion, which made us feel confident enough to purchase a house without ever going to Eugene ourselves until after the deal was done! Kelly was always quick to respond, kind, professional, and willing to patiently answer every one of my questions. I also appreciated that her descriptions of the houses were always objective, unless we asked her for her opinion, in which case she'd always offer her smart and honest input. We are extremely happy with the house and how easy, smooth and enjoyable the whole process was. If you are looking for a realtor in Eugene, go with Kelly. You'll be in the best hands!

Working with Dustin has been one of the most reassuring and grounded experiences I've had in what…read morecan easily be an overwhelming process--buying a home. From the beginning, Dustin brought a rare combination of technical expertise, patience, and empathy to the table. We toured well over two dozen homes, and through every showing Dustin was honest, transparent, and deeply knowledgeable about construction, local market dynamics, and potential red flags that other agents might have glossed over. He never pressured us toward a quick decision; instead, he made sure we understood the tradeoffs--structural, financial, and emotional--of each property we considered. When we finally found the house, Dustin went above and beyond to help us evaluate it thoroughly. He coordinated inspections, provided thoughtful perspective on structural findings, and even talked us through the emotional rollercoaster of balancing risk and attachment. His communication with all parties--engineers, inspectors, contractors, and the seller's side--was steady, calm, and professional. What stood out most was Dustin's integrity. He wasn't just trying to close a sale; he was making sure we made the right decision for us. Even when complicated situations arose with pricing and concessions, he was transparent and tireless in explaining every angle. In short: Dustin is that rare realtor who blends heart, hustle, and honesty. If you want someone who's not only a skilled negotiator but a true advocate for your long-term well-being as a homeowner, Dustin is the one you want by your side. -- David & Ashley DeRienzo
