Kelly was always quick to respond, kind, professional, and willing to patiently answer every one of my questions. When the time came for our in-person tours, Amy planned the itineraries thoughtfully and with a keen instinct in guiding us toward our preferences. We all know moving can be highly stressful and Amy's calming demeanor and "this will all work out" approach gave us plenty of peace of mind, even when the road seemed a little bumpy. On top of that, she is a well-networked realtor with many local recommendations for work that may be needed: flooring, painting, general contracting, and more. Amy's work ethic inspired confidence during the entire process, from start to finish, and with unrivaled client service skills--you won't find as responsive a realtor! We would hire Amy again without reservation, as either a buying or listing agent.

From the beginning, Dustin brought a rare combination of technical expertise, patience, and empathy to the table. We toured well over two dozen homes, and through every showing Dustin was honest, transparent, and deeply knowledgeable about construction, local market dynamics, and potential red flags that other agents might have glossed over. He never pressured us toward a quick decision; instead, he made sure we understood the tradeoffs--structural, financial, and emotional--of each property we considered. When we finally found the house, Dustin went above and beyond to help us evaluate it thoroughly. He coordinated inspections, provided thoughtful perspective on structural findings, and even talked us through the emotional rollercoaster of balancing risk and attachment. His communication with all parties--engineers, inspectors, contractors, and the seller's side--was steady, calm, and professional. What stood out most was Dustin's integrity. He wasn't just trying to close a sale; he was making sure we made the right decision for us. Even when complicated situations arose with pricing and concessions, he was transparent and tireless in explaining every angle. In short: Dustin is that rare realtor who blends heart, hustle, and honesty.
