First they played that I never received your title game and make you go get another title then when you send the other title in, please make sure you call them because when they claim they didn't have the first title, they never called and three weeks had went by. But the auction was four weeks ago and still they don't pay you your money. Finally, when they send you the check the check is incorrect! Do not use these people. They are thieves when I went to go pick up my car they had taken the un opened cannabis vapes out of my car and left the used ones in there and took my cars coolant I had asked for the specific items back and said it was a fire hazard and it's California law wtf how are the used one not a fire hazard but the new are a fire hazard. And the coolant was California I guess now I have to buy another bottle for my bike. And if your worried about fires why did you leave the lighters and batteries in the car.the lights have actual fuel which has a higher chance of combustion than the missing merchandise. read more

I bought a couple turbos from WCA. The pics online showed new shiny turbos in new condition. I purchased them and had them shipped to me. upon arrival the turbos were covered in rust and in poor condition. I contacted the auction house and they gave me the run around before completely ghosting me. I don't trust them. They'll screw you and they don't care. read more

As far as disclosure, and telling you everything that is wrong with a vehicle, find out what "Due Diligence" means..... that is your job! If I could give a negative starto this option then I would've give a -10 to this auction western construction auctions is a scam if you don't believe me pay attention to it when you see a car you bet on it when it's about to sell for cheap another person that's on it it says on site bit about it. Obviously there is no on-site action during COVID-19 so how is someone on site buying a car or an equipment that's one number to the person that buys it puts it back in the same option in the next action pay attention people do not fall for this trick that WCA action is taking. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!There is not a zero star rating, but if I could give this company a zero star rating I would. We basically got screwed twice. We have purchased other vehicles before form other reputable auction places and have had good experiences with them listing mechanical problems with the cars, dealer only, transmission problems, etc. This company does not do that. We do understand that we bought a car online sight unseen, but we did expect that if the car had a bad engine, this company would have listed this on the description. The check engine light was on and this truck had a major engine failure when we went to pick up the truck, and that was never listed in the description. In my opinion, this company is deceitful. This car should have been sold to a dealer only and should have stated it had major mechanical issues. This car never should have been sold to the general public without forewarning people of the major issues with this vehicle. We purchased this from auction for $3300 plus additional auction fees, taxes, Etc. To add insult to injury, Western Construction Auction only offered to allow us to reconsign the truck again and they would pay us whatever they got at auction. This truck was in such bad shape, we couldn't even drive it home. We told them to go ahead and reconsign it. They only got $2000 for it the 2nd time & then only gave us $1650 as they charged us a consignment fee. I am out over $2000.00. Hence the statement above about getting screwed twice.
