I'm serious I was an international student with limited English when I rented from this company. They deliberately hid critical information to secure my deposit: Daily construction noise (Monday-Friday) from units above and below. Loud ongoing construction in the field directly facing the building (I lived on the second floor). The noise was so extreme that I couldn't stay in my apartment for even a minute. When I requested to terminate the lease and get my deposit back, the manager refused This is deceptive, unethical, and possibly illegal. They cheated me out of my money, and they're likely doing the same to others. Authorities should investigate this company--these people are criminals who belong in jail!

They build themselves on a premiere service while charging you higher in rent which is a joke as there value =0. Unique is quick to evict as they are built on yearly leases instead of the legal 4% increases and look for any excuse to evict a tenant so they can jack the rent for the owner.

Very Disappointing and Unfair Experience…read more We rented another unit through Plan A Real Estate for only 24 days, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment was handed over to us dirty, poorly maintained, and worn out. There were existing problems and signs of wear and tear when we moved in. However, when it was time to move out, the condition of the apartment was inspected extremely closely, and we felt that existing damage, dirt, and wear were being attributed to us in order to justify deductions from our deposit. This was completely unacceptable and very frustrating. My strong advice to anyone considering renting through this company is: BE VERY CAREFUL AND DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Take detailed photos and videos of the apartment immediately when you move in and keep all records and communications. In our experience, the apartment was not properly maintained or cleaned when it was handed over, but at move-out, every small issue was examined under a microscope and used as a reason to potentially charge the tenant. I strongly recommend that people think twice before renting an apartment through this company. Based on our personal experience, we would not rent from this company again.
