My wife was communicating through one of their agents Tasha Panico to schedule a viewing for a home they were managing. They had agreed to show us the place on 6 PM on a Wednesday (6 days ago). Tasha had asked to move the date earlier to Monday at 6 PM but my wife was working a late shift at the hospital and didn't have a chance to reply to her email until the following day where my wife confirmed 6 PM would be okay (Tuesday). Tasha explained she was busy that Tuesday and left it at that in the reply email. We of course assumed the viewing would go ahead for Wednesday at 6 PM and my wife emailed back apologizing about not getting back sooner and emailed back to confirm again 6 PM on Wednesday. She did not get a reply back but we did not think much of it at the time. We got to the viewing early on the Wednesday, sent one more email and also text messaged her that we were there, still no reply. We phoned her once at 6 PM but still no answer and then waited around and still nothing. Unfortunately we never got another answer from Tasha explaining what happened even though there was never any indication to us that plans had changed. The unit was subsequently rented so our interpretation is that she felt there was no point in showing us the rental however a simple message telling us so would've sufficed and would have saved us the time involved in making our way down to the viewing and waiting around. Again I hope this is a one off or there were extenuating circumstances but I feel that as a professional organization, communication is very important, and we felt there was a communication breakdown dealing with Tasha, who had been a good communicator up until that point.

Upon viewing a home Ivana Wang promised to get back with a few requested answers to my questions but has failed to do so on several occasions. It is perplexing as to why 2 Realtors would demonstrate incompetence, delinquency and unprofessional behavior when word of mouth is so important in this industry. They should be ashamed of themselves.

    My family has been dragged into a $34,000 court case due to the negligence of Ken Cui at NuStream…read more My mother hired Ken to sell our Shaughnessy home in August 2019. During the 3 month contract, Ken recommended a furniture staging provider called Great Impressions Home Design, and verbally promised to reimburse the staging fees after the house is sold. My mother trusted his words and did not scrutinize the contract before signing it, and paid $3200 for 3 months for furniture rental. Ken was unable to sell the home within 3 month and our contract with him expired. However, Ken did not contact the furniture staging provider to remove the furniture. The furniture staging provider and my mother had sporadic contact. In 2020, Covid-19 hit Vancouver and we left the home empty and off market. In January 2021, we contacted the furniture staging company to remove the furniture. At this point, we received a bill for an additional $4000 calculated by a weekly fee throughout the 15 month period when our house was not on market. My mother attempted to negotiate the price but she could not come to an agreement with the staging company. My mother contacted Ken for help, only to be ignored. Ken said this matter is no longer his obligation. In August 2021, the staging company contacted us with another invoice with the unpaid $4000 + and 10% interest rate on the "late payment," compounded monthly which amounted to 20,000. My mother ignored this invoice. In 2022, the staging company filed a law suit against us, with additional fees amounting to 34,000. I found out that Ken Cui receives a part of the payment the staging company receives. The court date is in 4 days and it won't take much to win the case. But, I'm writing this review now because this has been a headache and I hope to warn others of Ken Cui. Granted my mother was not as organized as she should have been throughout this issue. However it is clear to me that Ken Cui is not responsible and trustworthy. His partners are deceptive and predatory. Do not associate with him.
