The folks at WestCoast properly diagnosed the specific issue that was causing our hydraulic pump to malfunction and, unlike other pool cover companies we've used over the years, they didn't try to unnecessarily pad the hill with other dubious repairs. They were also very responsive and performed the services we needed less than two days after our request. WestCoast will be our "go-to" pool cover repair service going forward! read more

I'm pretty sure that you can buy quality pool covers a lot of places, and this company is no exception - you're going to get a quality product. But what makes working with Stefano great, and what I can guarantee not every company provides, is quality service and a user-friendly experience. When you're having work done on your home (especially as a first time homeowner), it really is the little, simple things that matter most, and those are all the things that Stefano does so incredibly well. When you call him or text him, he promptly calls or texts you back. When he says he's going to be at your home on a certain day and a certain time, he shows up, on time, as promised. If he can't make it or he's going to be late, he'll call and let you know. If he gives you an estimate, he'll stick to it. If something comes up or doesn't go as planned, he'll work with you to find a solution. Having taken on a number of projects in a new home, I can tell you that his level of professionalism and responsibility from other companies or service providers is absolutely NOT the norm, and it can make getting projects completed very painful. Stefano takes all of that frustration off the table from the first time you meet him - I genuinely wish I could work with him on everything I do at our house. Hire him with the utmost confidence. read more

WestCoast Pool Covers did a good job on the installation. However, it's worth noting that if service is required, and you live in Los Angeles, you will be charged for their travel time from Anaheim. I recently needed a repair, and was charged $160 for the travel time to my home. The repair took 30 mins and I was charged $220. The invoice read, "Travel time, $160, repair $60." Something to consider when hiring the company. read more

My family and I were delighted to have worked with West Coast Pool Covers for our pool cover. We decided on a pool cover as an extra safety measure because we have young children. Stefano and the whole team at West Coast Pool Covers are knowledgeable and showed professionalism from the beginning till the end. They guided us in choosing a pool cover suited best for us and it was installed by Stefano. The pool cover looks sleek and seamless and has helped keep the pool so much cleaner since there is less debris, leaves, bugs, etc. It was worth every penny, but the peace of mind for safety has been priceless. I would highly recommend West Coast Pool Covers to anyone. If you're reading this, Stefano, thank you once again for being such a pleasure to work with. We get many compliments from friends and family! read more

Stefano saved not only the day, he saved the week! I desperately needed our hydraulic pump repaired as we teach private swim lessons and heat our pool to 90 degrees. Every day that the cover didn't work was costing us big time in additional heating of our pool. I called other local repair companies and was given 10-14 day lead times...with even more time added to order the parts. I talked to Liz at WCPC and immediately she understood my urgency and met it with empathy and professionalism. Within 2 days Stefano was on our deck in San Diego fixing our hydraulic pump and making us super happy clients. I am so grateful that a company in Anaheim could provide us with such incredible customer service, I just wish they were closer! I wish all small businesses treated their customers the way we were treated by West Coast! read more

We received absolutely superior service from the team at Westcoast Pool covers. Their follow up and consistent communication through out the duration of the project was excellent. Stefano, the owner was completely hands on, very professional and extremely knowledgable. He was instrumental in the positive outcome of our complete backyard makeover. Even stepping in on aspects of the project outside of his specific scope to help ensure a great outcome. The pool cover is flawless. We love it. We shopped around for months for the perfect cover to enhance our yard, compliment the pool, conserve energy and reduce water evaporation. Hydralux was by far the superior choice to meet our needs. Westcoast pools was recommended to us by, Aquamatic, the actual manufacturer of Hydralux when we asked for their installer of choice. We would absolutely utilize Stefano and Westcoast Pool Covers for any other future projects! read more

Had our pool built last year and wanted an automatic cover. West Coast was the perfect solution. The product is fantastic, the cover material is thick and high quality. Keeps the water clean, saves on heat costs during summertime. It is hydraulic-operated which is a big benefit. It opens/closes seamlessly. Cover is available in many colors. We've had one small maintenance issue & called to schedule a fix. Stefano was out first thing the very next morning to correct the error (from another crew). Stefano and his crew are fantastic, I would highly recommend this cover for your pool. Essential around pets and small children. read more

We purchased our pool cover roughly 7 years ago (WestCoast Pool Covers). We recently had an automated custom pool cover installed for our pool. We have two little ones and were very worried for their safety after buying a home with a pool but no safety features. The pool itself is very beautiful and was a big reason we bought this house. So we didn't want to ruin the beauty of the pool. Using a fence was out of the question and the net option we heard was a total pain to work with. So the only option we saw fit was a built in custom cover. I searched hi and low for companies that could install an automated pool cover that would be custom installed and built into the ground. Most of the companies i spoke with would only install a cover that stays on top of the pool which would take away from the beauty of the pool and be awkward since the rails are on the edges all around the pool. But then i found Stefano and west coast pool covers.. He said from the get go he could have the pool cover's vault and rails built into the ground and seamless looking like the other covers i witnessed on his website. He ended up coming through for us and now we have an amazing automatic pool cover that not only looks amazing and custom but is also making the pool 100% safe for our little ones. i cant say enough about Stefano's commitment to the plan and also his attention to detail. he really came through for us and made a customer for life. i would recommend him to anyone and everyone i hear of that needs a pool cover. We could not be happier with how it turned out. read more

I recently worked with WestCoast Pool Covers on a project in Temecula's Crown Hill Community. I watched the entire process he goes through to install one of these sophisticated covers. I could not believe the amount of work that went into this automatic cover project. He was cutting out portions of concrete, building motor vaults, and hand grinding an area for the tracks. He was so clean and maticulous that at the end of the job it looked like the cover was put in with the original pool. He was very clean, professional, and the client was absolutely thrilled with the finished product! I will recommend Stefano and WestCoast Pool Covers to any of my clients any time! They are true professionals and with a passion for quality craftsmanship! read more
