Frank collaborated with me as a homeowner, worked within my budget, looked at the photos and video evidence, considered my safety needs, and got it done. Frank from Captain Pest Control followed up as well. Very nice, very knowledgeable about pests as well as homes and architecture, and he's very professional. He didn't try to sell some "maintenance" package. When you do it right, there's nothing to maintain. Now if only "Pest Control" included lawyers, insurers, and HOAs I'd be set.

I have a very tight schedule due to my hybrid job and Michael made sure to confirm his visit the day before and keep me updated throughout the day on timing. He was able to identify the opening and and offer long term solutions. He sealed the opening, replaced old traps, check the radiators and vents and closets for any small holes.
