And today, April 6, not even one month later after his first visit, I found rat drops all over my kitchen. He was able to inspect our attic and the outside and found that it was indeed a squirrel that was causing g all the problem. We weren't sure what bugs they were--but QualityPro diagnosed that it was bees from the audio of a video file I sent. They came out within a day or two and quickly exterminated the nest. They also did a thorough inspection in our attic and around the perimeter of our home, finding and removing a paper wasp nest that our contracted pest control company also missed.
