We were informed that our estimate would be ready the following day. We gave them exact measurements and discussed our order with multiple people. Our estimate took 5 days and each time we called to see if they had it, they were so rude and dismissive. We had to go to the yard and request an estimate in person. They then told us they would have the door completed and ready for pickup in 2 days. It wasn't ready for another week. When we finally picked it up, not only did they continue to be very unprofessional and rude but the door was not correctly cut. Customer service was the worst I've had from anyone here in Lubbock. We were very disappointed to say the least.

Unfortunately, it seems I would need to drive to Lowe's to get what I needed and even then I'm not sure it would have proved effective. I ended up calling Home Depot and it was an opposite experience. I know who will likely be getting my business in the future.
