Our estimate took 5 days and each time we called to see if they had it, they were so rude and dismissive. We had to go to the yard and request an estimate in person. They then told us they would have the door completed and ready for pickup in 2 days. It wasn't ready for another week. When we finally picked it up, not only did they continue to be very unprofessional and rude but the door was not correctly cut. Customer service was the worst I've had from anyone here in Lubbock. We were very disappointed to say the least.
