He took me to look at the storage unit before finalizing everything, he took his time to show me how to use the lock, and even set me up for auto pay. Most important though is how clean this facility is kept. The grounds, the bays to pull up your car to unload, the actual hallways to the storage rooms and the rooms themselves are super clean. I went to some places that had mold growing on the wall and ceilings. I went to another place that was so hot inside I could not understand how it could be called "climate control." The room we have is cool enough for our staff to access and feel comfortable. Oldsmar Self-Storage has carts you can use for free while there to unload and load. How helpful! Overall a GREAT place with GREAT people!
