It is a longer story so I will try to make it short. My built-in refrigerator broke. I bought a replacement unit and a new dishwasher. The shop we bought them from and the delivery company failed to deliver the products at scheduled time. But West Pro Installations were there with us every step of the way to help us resolving issues. They also did an excellent job installing both appliances. They maneuvered between the big frig and the big island, they had less than 1 inch margin to play with from my vantage point and they got it done without touching my wall and the island. I can tell that the owner Jason West who cares and works really hard to earn his business. Rekha in the back office ALWAYS called me back and is very pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process. This is the kind of customer service and competency customers deserve. I will definitely call them again when we need other work done. I found out they do all kinds of stuff in the home. I highly recommend this company. read more

I cannot thank this company enough. The single most professional and knowledgable installers I have ever come across. This company was hired to install 5 different high end appliances in my home. The company I bought them from failed to provide the necessary equipment to install and also neglected to provide me a spec sheet as to where the gas line should run. Needless to say this team showed up and where every other installer would have simply thrown their hands in the air and told me to figure it out and they would be back.... this team redirected a gas line, moved a 220 outlet and wiring, cut out tile, and repositioned in order to not only install the appliances, but to make sure I was happy and that they saw the job 100% through. This was completely outside of the realm of what the company was hired to do, but Jason, Ryan, John, Jamieson all would not let anything get in the way of completing the job. Not only did they correct all the errors the appliance company made, but they did it in such a professional and skillful manner, I was completely blown away. I do not know how anybody would hire anybody else to install any appliances. Do yourself a favor, if you have any type of installation, get it done right the first time and hire West Pro. They turned a potentially disastrous situation, into something incredible. No other company would have done half of the things they did to make sure the job was done right. Just had Jason and Ryan install a new wall oven from Czyz's Appliances. Arrived on time and installed the new oven professionally and efficiently. Installed a false front to cover left over space from the oven they took out. Finished installation looks great and just like new. When they first arrived, Jason's keen eyes noticed the spacing around our recently installed new dishwasher was uneven. He checked it out and found that the Lowe's contract installer basically just pushed the dishwasher into the space, connected it and didn't really level and secure it. I had noticed that it felt a little loose when I pushed the door closed. Anyway, our oven was Jason's last installation for the day, so he and Ryan made a quick fix for us on the dishwasher at no extra charge. Thanks so much guys! read more

Jason, Rekha, and the whole team at West Pro Installations are fantastic! I needed to have a 42-inch built-in refrigerator installed but it was being delivered from out-of-state and I didn't know exactly when it would arrive. When I did get an estimated delivery date, Rekha worked with me to schedule a time for the installation. Unfortunately, the freight company totally screwed up - we scheduled for a Thursday delivery but the freight company put us down for Friday delivery instead! On Thursday when the refrigerator had not arrived 2 hours into the delivery window, I knew something was wrong. I immediately called Rekha to explain what had happened and to ask if there was any way I could reschedule the installation for Friday. She was so gracious and helpful. She said Jason and the team could come on Friday night (!) to install my new fridge so it wouldn't sit in my driveway all weekend. I was so grateful! When Jason and the team arrived on Friday evening, they quickly installed the fridge, hauled away my old fridge and cleaned everything up. They had to cut out a part of my kitchen cabinet to make the fridge fit, but no one could tell as it looks it great! Thank you to everyone at West Pro Installations!
