Going into this, my wife and I thought the whole process would be stressful and time-consuming but they made it completely smooth and painless from start to finish. Leon was extremely attentive, responsive, and patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. The team was efficient, professional, and showed up exactly when they said they would which, these days, is rare and greatly appreciated. They were also very mindful and respectful of our home throughout the entire installation process. What really stood out was not just the service, but the value. After getting multiple quotes, Window Station offered a more competitive price AND a better-quality product than the others. That combination is hard to beat. Overall, this was one of the best home improvement experiences we've had. Highly recommend Leon and the entire Window Station team you won't be disappointed!

Project manager Mark Kobzanets took careful measurements, suggested options for windows from Milgard and Marvin, and gave us accurate estimates on lead times, especially for the octagonal window which required custom manufacturing work from Marvin. The price quote was competitive with the other companies we had solicited bids from. Mark also worked with the City of San Francisco building department on our behalf to obtain permits and inspections, as well as dealing with the city when some of our style choices were not acceptable with city regulations. For an existing window in need of repair, Mark told us how we could work with Milgard to get it replaced under warranty. Installers Simon and Yuri were very professional. They respected the property during the installation, expertly mounted the windows and doors including adding a structural post to the corner of the house. They also did exquisite craftsman work on the window trim. The windows look great, are quieter, and seal the house better. We are very happy with the results and the experience working with Window Replacement Center. We would hire them again without hesitation.

My folks hired A&W to replace their windows and because they did such a good job at my folks' house, I called them for an estimate. Angela came over to my house on a Saturday (really unheard of since all contractors operate on M-F hours only) to look at my leaky door and to give me a quote. At first she said we didn't need to replace the door since all we had to do was caulk the nails that lined the bottom of the door. Since I was tired of the door anyway, I pressed for a quote. She special ordered my door and called me to set up an installation appointment as soon as the door came. I asked and got a Saturday appointment (on the same week she called, not next week, not the next week but this Saturday!). The contractor came promptly at 9:00 AM and worked until 3:00 PM to remove and install the door. He didn't even bother to take an hour off for lunch. He just powered through. He also removed some dry rot at the bottom door frame and replaced the wood. He did a very thorough job and he cleaned up the work area before he left. Her price was competitive with what was out there. I went with A&W because you can't find quality craftsmanship. We're very happy with their work. They are really general contractors so they also do exterior painting, and other stuff. The only thing they don't do is roofing. They are bonded and licensed too. If you need some work done on your place, A&W is the vendor for you!

After signing the paperwork and sending the initial check over, they ordered the windows. It took 21 days for the windows to arrive but once they were here, the guys had all the work done in 3 days. They also assessed for water damage (one of our old windows was cracked) and luckily we didn't have any. The price was fair and the guys worked hard to get our project done. Never knew about life time warranty until last month, one of the window cracked. We didn't have any receipt or anything, just an email we did 14 years ago. The service department was so helpful, they contacted us and contacted the manufacturer to set up appointment with the case number to get it replaced. The windows were replaced 14 years ago in one day and we had many custom sized windows. The amazing thing is they know exactly which window that cracked by us describing the location of the window. Anlin Delmar (Milgard) called us and setup the appointment. They came and replaced the windows in a few hours. It was amazing and we're extremely happy. Would we recommend Custom Exteriors and Anlin Delmar? The answer is obvious, YES.
