I typically don't leave reviews, as people are usually a bit dramatic for my taste. I am making an exception . Over two years ago, CB Showers installed a very large glass array in my master bathroom and there was one piece that just kept failing. Roxanne, who, in my opinion should be given a raise, never once made me feel bad about calling and always dispatched the service techs immediately. This level of service, in my opinion, doesn't exist much anymore. Thank you, CB Showers and Roxanne for taking care of my issue. I really appreciate it. read more

I went with CB Shower Doors because a friend used them and her Shower doors are beautiful. I had a great experience from start to end. Roxanne took my order and was friendly and helpful. The order came a day earlier than expected and the 2 installers were efficient and did a great job. I would absolutely use them again. They weren't the cheapest or the highest quote (I got 5 quotes) but they did a great job. read more

CB Showers - Shower doors - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - San Carlos, California

Great value and convenient. Not very responsive. Required several follow up calls. The quality was good.

Roxanne was super helpful. She understood what I needed, better than I did, and made sure that I got what worked best for us.

Everything went well. Third time we've used them. Easy quote process. About a three week lead time from quote to install.

I had CB showers install my shower glass. They sent a technician out to make measurement. Provide a quote in a very timely manner and gave me a two week lead time. Received a call to schedule the installation. The technician arrive promptly within the specified time frame. They installed the glass with in 1.5 hours. They made sure to vacuum and clean up after themselves. The glass looks awesome, I couldn't be more pleased! read more

CB Showers - Glass installed, silicone drying! Sweet! - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - San Carlos, California

My wife and I ordered from CB Showers and we loved the way they treated us. They were recommended by a couple of our friends and they had outstanding experiences as we did. We remodeled 2 bathrooms so our orders were one custom made fixed panel for one bathroom and one custom made door for the other bathroom. Both glasses were flawless from any bubbles or major scratches. They were very professional coming to our home to measure, provide expert options and later installation. We highly recommend CB Showers. Special thanks to Roxan and Telly. read more

I'm glad our neighbor referred CB Shower to us. They are very helpful, responsive and friendly. I made a mistake on reading my Architect's drawings. They were able to accommodate my change request after the submission of the project. I'm very grateful for their help. The installers, Brian and Tony were super nice, and professional. They were neat and cleaned up after their job. I'd use CB Shower again if I have a need. read more

CB Showers - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - San Carlos, California

CB Showers was hired to build a custom shower door for an oversized shower in 2019. Spent close to $5K. A little over a year later, the plastic is coming off and there is a significant leak towards the back of the shower (hard to check since the water doesn't reach that far back). Discovered only when spraying down the glass with a hand shower. Tried calling them to come out and fix it. They sent someone who said this is clearly an installation problem. The lady on the phone made it clear (not once but several times that I would need to pay $200 to fix this). I asked to speak to the owner. No response for 3 weeks. Finally called back with a terrible attitude. His final words "if you are not happy with the quality then too bad..." Pretty sad to see them not stand behind the work performed. I am remodeling two other bathrooms now and guess who I will NOT be getting shower doors from - CB Showers!! If you want a local business that stands behind their work, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. They will not stand behind their work. read more

We contacted CB Showers for frameless shower enclosures. They came and did a free measurement and provided a detailed bid. They worked with us on customizations and revising the bids usually within minutes of the call. The showers look beautiful, all our interactions were great, all commitments were kept, all in-house work was precise and done to perfection. The guys were courteous and really cared about the end product. I will recommend them to family and friends for any of the services they provide. read more

CB Showers - Yup You can barely see it But it's there. - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - San Carlos, California

We had a very good experience with CB Showers from start to finish. Their front end office was very responsive from the get-go; arranged the quote and installation visits with no complications and were helpful in answering follow-up questions. The first visit to take measurements was very professional and went very smoothly. Hector and Oscar installed the door and did a great job. They were skilled, quick and respectful of our home. The glass and other materials are all high quality. We had selected low iron glass and it is indeed clear with no green hue. It's been a couple of weeks since the install and everything is sturdy and leak free. I would highly recommend CB Shower doors. read more

Telly and the rest of the crew at CB Showers are awesome. We got our shower door in a few months back and it is beautiful. They 2 guys who installed it were professionals. Their quote was in the middle of the range we had, but their service ended up making it all worth it. Telly was responsive over text/email and even was able to come up to do the measurements himself. Highly recommend. read more

CB Showers is awesome! High quality design and workmanship with great people too.... like Roxanne! 5 stars!

CB did an Ok job. a few details - caulking and smudges but ok job. the glass looks really nice. the towel racks were installed to satisfaction. however, we just had a nice toilet/bidet installed- I noticed someone had used it. which for the most part I'm fine with it. would have been better to ask. but my wife said she went down to clean and they had urinated all over the seat... not ok. we also asked them to measure for some cabinet glass that day- never got a quote. but after cleaning up - were ok with not having them come back. read more

This company completed a repair for me under its previous name. The repair held up for about 18 months, but recently the SAME problem came back. I called, and referenced the receipt and proof that they had done the work. They said something about that work being completed "before they bought the company"... Pretty sad they are not standing behind the work performed, even if it was the previous company that did it. Tells me a lot about the kind of company they are. read more

CB Shower Door is a highly professional, responsible and reasonable company. I am an interior designer and I have used their services since 2010 for various projects. CBSD has always delivered the services I had expected and in some cases beyond my expectation. CB installed a 3 side mirror over a newly remodeled bathroom vanity and installed a pair of shower doors at our home last week. Their highly skilled technicians did an excellent job in addition of being extremely courteous and pleasant. This company has an outstanding administrative staff who provided me with excellent support during the process from estimate, scheduling, installation and other needed administrative tasks. They always pick up the phone for efficiency allowing customer to talk to a person. Thank you Roxanne, Eloisa, Yvonne and all the technicians who came out for demolition and installing the new shower door and mirrors. YOU ALL REPRESENT THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! read more

Telly and team put all the shower glass for my home back in 2019. Awesome work with precise craftsman work, great price, and all work done ahead of schedule. Telly personally was engaged to recommend the best designs and material. His staff is also extremely professional and responsive. The showroom is one of the best I have seen. This week, I needed a plastic splash guard that I had damaged and his team free of charge delivered it directly to my home address in south bay the next day!! They are great as a supplier and I highly recommend them for all your specialty glass needs. read more

We have a glass half door installed by CB Showers when they were owned by a prior owner. The installation and service by that person was outstanding. We also had some glass mirrors installed by the same CB Showers under the same owner. The service was impeccable. The prices were reasonable. The owner was very accommodating. Then the company was purchased by the current owners..... We asked them to come out to adjust the shower door installed by the prior owner. They came out. The were on time. The representative was very polite and professional. However, the slanting door problem was not resolved. The strip on the bottom of the glass to prevent water escape was too short. The water drips onto the bathroom floor in the corner. We were charged $150 for the call plus an hour's labor. I recently walked into the CB Showers store to get a proper strip. I was sold a strip that will not fit onto the bottom of the door. I also asked about adhering a mirror to the back of a bedroom door. We changed our interior doors. We need the mirror reinstalled on our new door. I was told that CB Showers will not reinstall the mirror. I also asked about purchasing some beveled trim for a mirrored wall 10 1/2 feet by 8 feet. I was quoted $1,200. Personally, I think the price is exorbitant. read more

We chose CB for 2 reasons: 1. Yelp reviews indicated that they followed through if there are problems (ironic) and 2. They were the only glass store that said they would not take our job unless we used a header (too much shower glass for free standing). We were disappointed that we couldn't do it without a header, but we decided to trust them. Good decision! The bad news was that the glass came scratched 3 times (the first time they had not checked at the store and the guys lugged in a 200 lb. piece of glass - then promptly turned around and took it out!). The 3rd time everything but the door was fine. 4th try and the door was perfect. We love the showers (they did 2) and we received a discount for our time and trouble. The installers chipped our new bathtuib while installing the glass, and the company paid for an excellent repair. Wonderful customer service. I recommend them despite the long process we had because they know their business and they care about their customers. We still have a squeaky door, but if that doesn't work itself out, I know they will come out and fix it. read more

I requested a quote. They got back to me immediately with the best price that had been offered by almost 10 different companies. They showed up when they said they would, were nice and professional, and did a great job. Everything that could be asked for when looking to have work done. read more

These guys are awesome. I wish every contractor I'd worked with in the city was as half as responsive and quick as these guys... We bought our house and it came with one of those European-style half shower doors. So basically, the shower was cold and not enclosed. CB put in a piece of glass to exactly match the current one and enclose the shower. They were on time, friendly, reasonably priced, and did a stellar job. read more

CB Showers - Original door on the right, new glass from CB on the left. Identical to the original one, and they made sure to exactly match the curve! - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - San Carlos, California

Bad customer service. Two sales people were sitting around talking about food and never asked if I needed help.

Got to give credit where credit's due. Everyone who worked with me after my glass shower door exploded into a thousand pieces were professional and helpful. Roxanne at the front desk provided comforting attention. Fred, who came to measure, was cheerful and arrived on time. Installers Luis and Tony arrived on time and showed their competence. They were efficient, neat, and obviously well-trained for the precise task of installing my hinged door to perfection. I didn't have to do any tidying and can't imagine how anything could've been done better. Definitely a 5-star organization! read more

Recently had a frameless shower door done by CB shower. From installation to measurement, their crew was very professional. Unfortunately I have 2 minor issues. One was a leakage due to the vinyl strip being cut 1/8 inch too short. Contacted CB shower and they sent someone to take care of it. The other issue was the shower door did not align correctly when it is closed. The owner, Telly the owner, came out to look at it and found the door was buckled due to temperament. He fought hard with his glass vendor in getting a replacement door but they won't because it is within industry standard. Telly being a great guy decided to take care of that because he cared about how his customer feel. I guess even though I do not have the smoothest experience but in the end CB shower does care about their customer and that deserves 5 stars read more

CB Showers makes a good product and installs it well with one fundamental flaw. Taking down the old shower exposes dirt, screw holes, missing grout and possibly cracked tiles. CB showers does little to fix these imperfections, installing the new shower right on top. CB Showers recommends using Prostone Services to perform clean up preinstallation. I did this. Prostone performed clean up only on what was accessible with the old shower in place. They did not take the old shower down and perform clean up underneath because they assumed CB Showers would do this. So what is the solution? You need to have someone come in and take down the old shower and fix the resulting imperfections before CB Showers arrives. This probably means you can't use the old shower in the intervening period. I am sure this issue has come up time after time, so it is a shame that CB Showers does not do a better job of advising customers what to do in advance, or better still partner with someone to come up with a one-stop coordinated service of installing the shower and fixing imperfections exposed by taking down the old shower. read more

I previously posted a scathing review of CB shower's lack of responsiveness re: a quote I had requested, and the owner, Telly, was able to rack down my contact info and offer a gracious apology. As it turns out, they HAD replied as promised with a new quote - but to a different number than mine, possibly a miscommunication between CB and my son. I am now in possession of the promised quote and am looking forward to a visit and requote - as I need additional work done. I'll report back as soon as they meet with me, and will update with a report on my experience! read more

These guys are first rate. From our first appointment to the install, they were clean, fast, and on time. The finished product not only looked great, but they also stand behind their product. I noticed two scratches in one of the panels after they left. The scratch was not immediately noticable, but could be seen when the lights were on. They first tried to polish out the scratch and when that didn't completely resolve the problem, they replaced the panel. We are very happy with the finished product and would definitely use them again! read more

CB Showers was an awesome experience! I actually got estimates from 4 contractors and CB Showers came in most competitive. Usually there is some degree of risk with selecting the most competitive price, but CB Showers definitely came and delivered on an excellent installation. My tile install wasn't great either because there was some bowing on the walls. It was an issue all of the estimators noticed, but only the CB Showers guy gave me a good solution that didn't require any compromise on the shower door I wanted installed. Great A++++ service! Would recommend to anyone. read more
