However, this is the fact: she was highly encouraged to go ahead and sign paperwork to hold the car until her funds could come through on Monday 8/3 but never put any money down and trusted this dealer with the information. Not being able to come in until Tuesday 8/4 due to circumstances beyond her control, they actually told her that she lost her credit for the $941.oo! Are we missing something here? She signed the paperwork on 8/1 "to hold the car" as she was told? I am posting this out of principle. RICARDO is the manager who made this decision. The paperwork is fact being signed before the school deal ended. Mr Ricardo, I hope you read this and make restitution for my friend. This occurrence is the very reason why the public do not trust car dealers, and this matter cannot get any more factual. You needed to do the right thing and honor my friend with the $941 credit as she would not have ever been there WITHOUT ME PRAISING YOUR CAR DEALERSHIP THOUGH IT WAS UNDER A DIFFERENT MANAGER LAST YEAR WHEN I BOUGHT MY OWN VEHICLE. Written with facts without emotional slandering. Thank you.

I made it clear I was impressed but still wanted to look around and compare options. That's when things changed. As I walked out -- politely and professionally -- the manager literally shouted my name twice across the lot, like a commander giving orders. It was high‑pressure, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. I felt more like I was being summoned than treated as a customer. I'm looking for the right car, not a sales ambush. When a dealership cares more about their commission than my decision, that's a deal‑breaker. After that experience, I don't see myself returning.

Lexus makes a great car…read more Lexus engineers and designers work hard to make it a great value. Lexus has a strong brand.A beautiful logo.Beautiful showrooms. You can get a cold bottle of water with the Lexus logo on it.You can get snacks. You can get a nice loaner car while yours is being serviced. Unfortunately, none of those things are what truly matter. What matters are the people. The people answering the phones. The people communicating with customers. The people solving problems. The people deciding whether the customer matters or not. One of them is Ismarely Justiniano.Another is Morgan Allen.Another is Scott -- not even officially a service advisor yet, but trying to help.Another is Sal Sardisco -- the manager in service. They all matter. Because when they do their jobs well, all the branding, logos, showrooms, and marketing suddenly become real. "THEY" are Lexus. Everything else only matters because of them. The ownership experience is only as strong as the people representing the brand after the sale. I purchased seven vehicles from this dealership and meticulously maintained every one of them because, for years, these people made owning a Lexus feel like more than just owning a car. They made it feel like someone actually cared. That is the true value of a luxury brand. And if that culture ever disappears, customers notice it immediately. I am still a Lexus owner. And I'm still proud to be one. But Lexus should never forget: People build brands -- not buildings- maybe snacks- haha

Honestly, getting an appointment lately has been frustrating because of the system change -- the website kept glitching and refreshing, and when I tried calling, no one picked up. Not the best first impression... but I'm glad I decided to stop by in person anyway. The dealership itself is very spacious, clean, and modern. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience much better. One of the advisors there was absolutely gorgeous -- seriously looked like she could be modeling -- but beyond that, everyone was professional and helpful. Even though there weren't any openings for the same day, they really worked with me to secure an appointment and made the process feel smooth after all the earlier frustration. I appreciated them taking the time to help instead of just turning me away. Overall, a very positive experience so far. Let's see how everything goes when I come back next week for the actual service, but first impressions inside the dealership were great!

Let me start by saying that I hate the whole experience of car buying. From the overbearing,…read moredesperate sales people, to the negotiating, to them treating me like a child because I am in my 20's...I hate all of it. It gives me anxiety. The day before I visited STAG, I had gone to a larger dealership and practically been laughed out the door because of my not great credit (due to losing my steady job last year). I was taken into an office and talked to like I was a child with no idea about finance. I personally felt that because I am a server (Oh, the horror!) and not married with a family, the fact that I am a fully functioning 28 year old adult with a college degree was ignored. I was so angry and disappointed. I felt so disrespected. Now, let me tell you about my experience with Nick and Jeff at STAG. I had seen that they had a Jeep Liberty on the lot at a great price, so the very next day I decided to go and check it out. Upon walking in, the place was clean and welcoming. I was greeted with a smile from Nick, who was only too happy to show me the car. He walked me around it, took a copy of my license and let me take it out for a drive. ON MY OWN. This was so nice as I felt less pressured and more able to check out the car at my own pace. It was so incredibly clean (I was told sometimes they even gut the whole interior just to make sure everything is cleaned... carpets, seats and all!), it ran great, it was exactly what I wanted. I went back in, we ran numbers, I wasn't made to feel inferior because of my job, age, or credit score, and we came to an amazing deal. Jeff even gave me some advice on refinancing in a few months to get my payments down after I build my credit for a little while. I spent 2 hours at STAG and walked out with a new (to me) car. I was so incredibly impressed by the pleasant service and the quality that I brought my boyfriend in not even a week later to make a deal on a truck. We're going in tomorrow to pick it up. Another wonderful experience with some great advice and they're even throwing in some new tires! As far as cons, there are two. They don't offer warranties. You are buying a vehicle as is. Also, they don't haggle on prices. But the prices are very competitive with what you would find as a fair market value, and honestly, it takes so much pressure off. On one hand, you might be missing out on working a better deal, but on the other, you don't have to feel like you're going into battle. I honestly can't recommend this place enough. Nick and Jeff were wonderful and they have definitely earned some customers for life!
