The guy said it was clear, but right after he left it backed up immediately which was worse than before he started. The sink would at least drain. In addition, when he reassembled the drain pipes, he screwed one connector on crooked so it leaked! I called to ask if they would return without charge since he made it worse. They said no. The service manager was supposed to call me but did not. Definitely a second rate company. I went with Action Drain based on Yelp reviews. I definitely recommend them.

We contacted Max and he was able to come and help us on short notice. He was able to disconnect the old one and install the new one, which included hardwiring it as there was no outlet.
