Called Mike Ward about a problem between the city sewer line and my house. He came when promised and stuck with it until the line was cleared, way out near the main. Price was fair also. Mike happened to be in the area and was able to come right away which was a very welcome surprise. I thought that I would have to have the septic system pumped out. Mike took a look at the problem and identified that it was nothing more than a completely clogged drain. He cleared the clog - which was a massive clog - and told me how to take care of it myself the next time there was a problem. He was professional and courteous. He was not inexpensive but not outrageous considering that he was able to come promptly and addressed the problem. Should I have septic problems again, he will be the first person that I call.

In addition, when he reassembled the drain pipes, he screwed one connector on crooked so it leaked! I called to ask if they would return without charge since he made it worse. They said no. The service manager was supposed to call me but did not. Definitely a second rate company. I went with Action Drain based on Yelp reviews. I definitely recommend them.
