Good timing and we are lucky as my bag has already broken! Just wondering why there are not a lot of customers shopping at the mall! We also dropped by the Winners to pick up a glass takeout box but most of customers are just doing window shopping over there! The temperature was so hot yesterday ! Our car was recorded at 31 degrees Celsius outside the parking ! I thought people should go the mall to have air conditioning especially for the baby kids!! It's about time to go home. I took some pictures for my record' ! Enjoy!

The entry and exits to the parking lot are a bit confusing, if not just plain bad. Not really a destination shopping center, although most of the stores haven't looked that interesting to go into. Good grocery shopping at the Markets as part of Birch Bay square, and the Nexus application office is great, woods coffee is always good, but the rest seems a bit run down.

I would suspect that about half of it is unused... hopefully this changes soon. There are some restaurants near by, so thats a plus. There is also a gas station right across the street as well. It's a great location, right near the border and right near the freeway... good for Americans and Canadians alike. Also, we happened to come on a day where they had a art/craft fair in the parking lot... very cool. I hope they have more events like this to get more people out to the shopping center.

We went into the store and I saw my son started doing his bathroom shuffle, seeing this I knew I didn't have long until he would have an accident right there in the store. I asked the clerk if we could use his bathroom and was turned away! I couldn't believe it. He told us to go to the end of the shopping center to use the public restrooms. I had to go to another store to get the code and it was wrong, so by the time someone walked us over to the restrooms my son had an accident. Needless to say both people I went to for help were men. Didn't even care it was for a 4 year old! Just disgusting!

I try to go here looking for something in mind.
