I'll try to make a long story short, but a few summers ago I stayed at a bed and breakfast in Anchorage (side shout out to the Alaska House of Jade Bed and Breakfast --- https://www.yelp.com/biz/alaska-house-of-jade-anchorage. Better than any hotel if you happen to be in the area!), and slept on the most comfortable bed I could ever remember. I mean truly spectacular sleeping experience. So much so that weeks later I got in touch with Krista (the owner of the B&B) to inquire about the mattress. Krista informed me that she did purchase a high quality mattress, but it was her belief that the mattress topper from Comphy was the reason it was so memorable. At the time I checked the Comphy website, was unable to find the item, and basically forgot about trying to track it down. Yesterday, over a year and a half later, it dawned on me that I still wanted that mattress topper. I went on the Comphy Co Facebook page, followed the prompt to send a message to contact the company, and started passing notes with Ryan. Ryan went above and beyond to see if the mattress topper could be obtained for me, despite it not currently being in stock on the website. The next morning I woke up to a message from Kelly that they were able to make the order happen for me! I'm really excited for my shipment to arrive. And I'm very grateful to Comphy, Ryan, and Kelly for making the long shot come through!

I have bought Comfy Co sheets from the moment they came out almost 20 years ago and have loved…read morethem. So much so that, in a short span of about 5 years, I purchased over 20 sets of sheets, given them as gifts, and have at least two sets for every bed. They were great. (and yes were even great when they were in Costco) When Comphy co. merged with Coop Sleep Goods around 2022/2023, that's when it all went downhill. The fabric is nowhere near as soft or durable. They stretch out of shape; the elastic on the fitted sheets are big and baggy, the stitching is terrible, but most importantly, THEY ARE NO LONGER SOFT. They DO NOT get softer with every wash, only old and rough. I'm so disappointed. I don't know if the new company is trying to save money, cutting back and going cheap, or if they are not sourcing the same fabric; whatever it is, they have lost a 20-year customer. So disappointed.

Foolishly decided to overlook that and ordered nearly $2500 worth of lights on 10/27...that shipment took over 3 weeks to arrive on 11/18 and I had a lift rented for the weekend 11/22-11/23. Opened the boxes 11/19 and critical items were missing, XPLE cable was not measured correctly, and WAY shorter than I paid for. Immediately contacted them, and their solution was to try and find similar items at a local hardware store. I tried 3 stores - none carried what was missing. Contacted the company, and Kevin's response was "What do you want me to do?"... REALLY?!? So...I told him what should be done...call the warehouse...get the items...put them in next-day Fed Ex envelope... and ship so I would have them for that weekend when I had the lift rented. Like this was a genius solution that I had to suggest...It's now December 11th...items still haven't arrived...I had to cancel the lift and can't get a reservation now even if they did arrive and the best part is... this was supposed to be my wife's big Christmas surprise. Paid them all the money...never got my items and they won't respond... so I'm just left here "holding the bag"...STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
