Highstreet isn't just a mall, it's an experience. You step into futuristic hallways with neon-lit washroom signs guiding you like you're entering a high profile gentleman's clurrb -- except the VIP section is actually the boujee private washrooms. (Yes, they're THAT fancy! I half expected a bouncer and a lap dance, not gonna lie...kidding ;) Hydration game? Elite. They've got a water bottle refill station and water dispenser, so you can strut like a runway model without worrying about dehydration. And speaking of strutting--something about the design, the greenery, the planters, and that insane back view of the mountains and Canadian flag just makes you feel... famous. And it's not just a vibe--they've literally got Famousa Pizzeria, Famous Footwear, and VIP Cinemas all in a row. They may or may not guarantee you'll feel like a celebrity, but it's worth stopping by and double-checking, just to make sure. Some good stores. Parking under is easier and lots verse infront of the stores. Sad that London Drugs is no longer there, that store was massive! Marshalls and H&M had lots of good deals. read more

I quite like this outdoor mall. It is conveniently located off Highway 1 and Fraser Highway. It is fairly big with several anchor stores like Walmart, Marshalls, Cineplex and London Drugs. I did not get to see all the stores but I like the open air strip mall feel. It is nice to just stroll through the area and see the shops. The number of shops is not a lot like Metrotown or Coquitlam Centre, but I think you can still find a bit of everything for everyone. There is a huge covered parking lot plus street parking. Parking just outside the stores are usually with limited time, so it is good for a grab and go situation. There is also an outdoor playground which is nice during summer, but quite useless during the colder months and rainy days. This is quite a good place to meet friends who live in the Fraser Valley and you want to have a midpoint meeting area if you are coming from Metro Vancouver. read more

In general, I think most people come here for a specific reason; not as a destination goal. There are limited stores for shopping and sight seeing, however, the selection of facilities have improved over time. There is the main movie theater, which serves as a plus! Anchor stores include Sephora, Old Navy...and some smaller versions of H&M and Forever 21. A lululemon pop-up store recently joined the mall (Sept 2018) but is scheduled to leave in Jan 2019, boooo! Highstreet REALLY REALLY needs a store like that to keep customers coming (on tread, popular, high brand name). For restaurants, there are a few good options but it can get old after awhile, including Milestones and Famoso. I do like Freshii and Starbucks. Walmart is located on the bottom part and sticks out like a sore thumb because it mixes the demographic up that I think Highstreet management is trying to attract (I could be wrong). Parking can be a nightmare unless you go to the bottom and park far away. My recommendations, keep bringing in retailers that attract folks who are looking to spend money and hang out for awhile. read more

A great new shopping mecca out near Mount Leahman in Abbotsford right off of Highway 1 so if you're heading out on a roadtrip and need a bunch of items, hit up Highstreet. Store include: Wal-Mart Super center PinkBerry Starbucks London Drugs Marshall's Lens Crafter's BMO RBC Quilts Ciniplex Theaters Old Navy Fat Burger Rogers They have really good parking both downstairs in the covered area and above on the roof that is pretty secure with lots of security partolling around too. read more

The mall is in a great location and has some awesome stores but it's got a lot of empty units & businesses appear to be dropping like flies in there. Lots of underground parking. Not sure who came up with the design though... Who doesn't put some kind of an awning or overhang on a strip mall on the WEsT coast? Store-hopping out door is no fun in the rain. Love these open air concept malls. Even though it's been 3 years, feels new to me. Still has more action than whatever Oaks mall in Abby. Got the usual anchors and most of retail & food is pretty well the same back in any burb, but it's all in one place, with lots of parking. Chocolates & cupcakes, yay. One of the newer malls with LEED rating. If it rains, well, bring an umbrella, we should be used to that by now lol. read more

One of my favourite shopping experiences in the Abbotsford area. I have been here numerous times and have had great experiences each time. I usually go shopping at Old Navy. They have a great selection of clothes for men, women, and kids. If you want to save a few dollars they have a pretty big area for clearance items. If you need a break the plaza has a Starbucks, David's Tea and other small shops for beverages or a snack. Need to pick up a beverage for a party or a bottle of wine for a gift? Check out the liquor store. It usually has good deals and it's usually a quick in and out. Marshalls is on the second level and you can take an escalator or elevator. It's a typical marshalls layout but a little bigger. Parking is usually not a problem, There's plenty of parking underground and above ground so you don't normally take a long time to find a spot. The VIP theater is also here and I have been there numerous times. I recommend booking tickets in advance to beat the line ups. There isn't a bad seat in the house. Make sure you do get to the theater with enough time to order food. I'm excited for the Canadian Brewhouse that will be opening soon. I have missed their wings and brews. Lots of ground floor parking but the mall is on the second floor. only walmart is on the same floor as the parking. Really on the fence about this mall! Half the stores don't interest me (or others, it seems, as several stores have come and gone since the mall opened) .. Don't care for the way the upstairs parking is set up, sometimes you can't even find a spot... We always just park below and take the stairs up, its so much easier. It is nice to have Old Navy, H&M, and Bouclair Home, and the movie theatre is awesome... I do wish it had been an indoor shopping center though! read more

This is not your typical Mall. They hold the coolest events there. They had an event that had live Huskey's, a used kids clothes swap and even an event with goods brought back with bloggers from Paris. All the money usually goes to charity. How cool is that? read more

I mostly go to Highstreet when I want Subway, check out H&M and Old Navy, or go to Cineplex. Parking is never easy on the top floor, I always find convenient parking space on the bottom or mid-section of the parkade. It's not really a good idea to have an outdoor mall in an area that's rains for 10 months in a year. I think it could also add some more speed bumps, since I've been almost hit by careless, speeding drivers who could probably hit a young kid that's playing at the playground. read more

I live close by and its easier to go to Wal-Mart then into town for Safeway or Superstore. I've only been up top a few times. I tried the sushi place, very mediocre, rather drive into Abbotsford. Fatburger is o.k.. Id never shop up top in the rain. For this its a very poor design. Lately though I want to complain about Wal-Mart. The cashiers in express are morons. Today, one wanted to put my 2 liter pop with a loaf of bread. She was clue-less that I didn't want my bread crushed. The day before a different one tried putting a 2 liter pop with a bag of chips. Very annoying. Now Id rather drive the extra 10 minutes into Abbotsford and shop Safeway over Wal-Mart. Its worth the drive for better customer service! read more

Lees jewelers was in high street mall, closed down and left their customers high and dry. They are now call moonstones jewelers. They will take your money and leave you with major disappointment. It is highly suspect that the new "ownership"is related or affiliated with the old owners. Stay clear. read more

I have visited the old navy twice in the new abbotsford mall. A huge disappointment. It is such a disaster with piles of clothing everywhere. It looks like children have made forts with the clothes. I couldn't find the right sizes or styles without digging through mountains of mess. Not worth it. I will go to langley from now on! read more
