The stores here are not that interesting. I came here to visit House of Knives. There is a Bay, Best Buy, Shoppers and a few other big name stores. There are plenty of free parking outside in front. I have noticed the store doesn't have a lot of people inside (even on a Saturday afternoon). The mall inside is pretty clean. It is not a bad mall and when walking inside, the decor does feel a bit dated. read more

This was my first time at this mall. It is a small mall with a few of the bigger chains like The Bay and Shoppers Drug Mart. It did not take much time to finish walking around the mall. Overall, okay experience if you needed some essential items to buy. read more

This mall used to be the joke of the lower mainland, but it's been in much better condition recently. Given a bit of time and filling in of leasing of empty spaces, it should be quite nice. Downside is a lot of the parking has been closed, but that might not be a problem. I guess we'll see this coming holiday season. read more

The mall is filled with an variety of shops and food selection. The mall can be quiet spacious even on days like today where there was heavy foot traffic being Boxing Day. We were able to navigate to our desired stores and not feel over crowded and the mall is kept clean. Some of the shops are empty but most are still filled. But sadly there is not an abundance of parking. We sadly had to do a couple loops in the parking lot and change locations to a different spot in order to find some parking. read more

A small-town Canada mall with a small town feel. This is the local Abbotsford mall. I am usually here once a month to go shopping, Finding parking at the mall isn't normally difficult. There are two under utilized parking garages and a lot of outside parking so it's not difficult to find a spot. The anchor stores are an Independent Grocery Store, The Bay, and a Sears that has gone out of business. This mall has a small selection of stores such as Sportcheck, Game Stop, The Gap, American Eagle, Spencer's, and the stores names already above. So so. Kind of has died off the last several years, lots of empty closed spaces and the anchor stores leaving. Too many cell phone sales people kiosks gets pretty annoying. But overall it's clean and safe, you can play lotto and somehow the damn travel agency has survived. Seriously who uses a travel agency these days is it 1979? I wish that place would go out of business. But otherwise an alright mall. PS there's a heroin safe injection place right across the street so if you see some junkies around, don't be surprised. i went to claries in the mall a few times to just buy a phone case, & when i wanted to pay the worker would say " do you would the buy 3 get 3 free" and i kindly said no. she asked me again and i declined again, hate when they do that. also something else about claries. if you get the buy 3 get 3 free, they always make you pay for the expensive things you buy. & the 3 things you get free are the one dollar. one time i did the pay 3 get 3 free & i ended up paying almost $40 dollars! just for the buy 3 get 3 free and they weren't even expensive! ripoff there read more

Pretty old mall . Seems really outdated . Not many stores for women's clothing . Bare basics in this mall via -get in and get out . Food court wasn't to bad . Offered variety of foods. Between high street and seven oaks mall , I personally prefer high street . read more

Have tried calling three different times. First time was hung up on after a "oh i dont know" Second and third times phone was picked up with no answer then disconnected. Shoddy customer service ... piss poor basic communication. Called back forth time only to be told "not here you didnt call..the phone has only rang so many times" Ok ..so my call history is wrong. The cleaning people and security are horrible. I was with my family in the food court half an hour before closing a few days ago when the cleaning people come up to us and tell us rudely to leave because they had to finish cleaning. We told them we're almost finished so they start cleaning again until security comes and they tell the security guard to get us to leave. The guard then told us to leave just as rudely as the before. When I got home I sent a complaint to the seven oaks email and never got a reply. This is why people are going to highstreet more despite there being very few shops there actually worth shopping at. I won't be coming back here anytime soon. I am still waiting for an reply from the management of this shopping mall. I will update my review when and if I get a review or an apology. read more

I love going there purely for the atmosphere. The one thing I wish I would see less of would be the kiosks who go out of their way to stop you as you try to sneak by unnoticed lol. It becomes a bit of a game but other than that Seven Oaks is THE place to go read more

This mall has most definitely improved in the cleanliness, customer service and events area. Yes it could use some more fashion for women and children, but there are still lots of options between The Bay (not just older women clothes, many fashion forward and cross between Macys and Nordstrom brands), the Gap, le Chateau, Bootlegger, and a few others for some great staple pieces for each season. I love the activities offered through their kids club. We'be only recently done the Retile Guy display visit they had last month and my 3 and 5 year old loved it, as did I! It was hands on and such a great thing to bring to Seven Oaks. The food court is also always clean, and the people working in it work hard and have quite often come to me to help take my tray before I could get to garbage area (as I would usually have my hands full with 3 little ones but still like to clear my garbage) read more
