He was super nice and super helpful. I can't really do a reliable comparison as they didn't have a product that I got elsewhere in the past, so I don't know how the price would otherwise compare--but I can say I was pleasantly surprised at what seemed like a great deal. My only issue with my experience had to do with Covid-19 management. They were great about spacing at the door and limiting the numbers of customers. However, one of the staff was wearing a mask--but under her chi--talking to another customer who was not masked. I was far enough away and glad I got Kaylin who was practicing good safety. If I had gotten her for service, I would have politely requested she that she mask up. Kaylin was perfect, however. Go Kaylin! Great helpmate, great safety model.

As a medical patient, I want to make others aware of an issue I've experienced here more than once…read more The shop refers to the medical tax exemption as a "discount," and then says it can't be "stacked" with rewards points. However, the medical exemption is not a discount- it's a tax exemption required by law for qualified patients. What's frustrating is the inconsistency: on some visits they allow rewards but don't apply the medical exemption, and on others they apply the exemption but deny rewards. Rewards are optional. I understand that but the medical tax exemption should not be selectively applied or treated as interchangeable with loyalty points. I'm posting this so other medical patients check their receipts and ask questions. I hope management reviews this policy and applies the medical exemption consistently and correctly going forward.
