I am pretty much a novice when it comes to cannabis and shopping various options. I had a really good experience with Kaylin (hope I got his name right!) at Western Bud. He was super nice and super helpful. I can't really do a reliable comparison as they didn't have a product that I got elsewhere in the past, so I don't know how the price would otherwise compare--but I can say I was pleasantly surprised at what seemed like a great deal. My only issue with my experience had to do with Covid-19 management. They were great about spacing at the door and limiting the numbers of customers. However, one of the staff was wearing a mask--but under her chi--talking to another customer who was not masked. I was far enough away and glad I got Kaylin who was practicing good safety. If I had gotten her for service, I would have politely requested she that she mask up. Kaylin was perfect, however. Go Kaylin! Great helpmate, great safety model. read more

I just went into western bud I didn't realize my license was expired by 12 days apparently they don't serve anyone unless your ID is up-to-date even if you're 50. Every time I go here I have garbage service and receive a garbage attitude from the staff. there's plenty of good places to go in town avoid this one at all costs. Update:five minutes later I went to Cascade and bought an ounce of weed with the same ID. I tipped the bud tender $100 at Cascade for treating me like a human. read more

Bad return/swap/refund policy when Western Bud is at fault. Some staff don't seem to know much. Difficult to see the merchandise since it's so far from the counter and behind plexiglass--you need to rely on them to read fine print, give advice, prices, etc., very awkward and inconvenient. I told the tender specifically what I needed and why and was advised to purchase a product that did the opposite of what I'd asked for. I took it back immediately after experiencing negative side effects. They offered no return/refund/swap. He said the only thing he could do was give me 30% off the second purchase because of his mistake, but I found out it was actually happy hour and everyone was getting 30% off. If you are looking for an alternative, try Trove, where they listen, know their business, and make it about the customers when they have gotten it wrong. read more

The staff are great, and they have a big selection, but every time I buy flower here it's dry as a bone and a total waste of my money. This is true even after asking the staff to help me find something that is cured properly. read more

Good selection, great hours, easy parking and have always had great service every time I've come over last 2 years. I never remember what I've liked and haven't though recommendations have been mostly spot on. But I tell them what I'm looking for, either typically pain management or de-stressing, plus my sensitivities, and have been very thankful for the tenders who take the time to explain strains and brands and help me pick out a selection. Love it! They have really good hours and are very convenient. I really appreciate how small the store is honestly. Sometimes it can get a little overwhelming when there are too many options. The staff is great Noah and Erica and really wonderful and have helped me my last few times. They have grab bag options which are really great for someone like me who doesn't really care what I'm getting. I use it to eat and that's it so the strain I couldn't care less about. And the budtenders understand that and respect it and oh my God do I appreciate that. Good place good people good prices. read more

The guy who made the error apologized and said he'd give me a 30 percent discount on a replacement. Come to find out it was happy hour and everyone was getting 30 percent off. Plus, the merchandise is so far from the counter it can't be easily perused and you must rely on staff who don't know the business. Would never recommend this place. read more

I love the feel of this place! It has a more upper class vibe than some of the places that I have seen. I was drawn here because of their gluten-free edible options, and they did not disappoint! I tried a couple of their Verdelux chocolates, and really just wanted to eat all of them at once! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable (especially Kayla--she's awesome:) The store is well-organized and stocked. If you want a chill, professional experience, this is the place to go. A good tip is that they only accept cash right now, but they do have an ATM in the store. read more

I've been driving by the Burlington location for a few weeks now waiting for them to open up, an today I stopped in an got a few grams from my favorite grower of The moment, the staff super friendly, The look is amazing inviting (maybe because it's brand new) the location is great! It's a nice shop, nice staff, competitive pricing, and lots of parking. Easy to find, and has a nice 'lodge' sort of vibe, which North westerners like my self love. Really enjoy the atmosphere and the beautiful showroom to shop in. The staff is very friendly as they take their time to show you their vast supply. I like my concentrates and they have a great supply of oil and it's priced in various ranges. Yes I'm doing this because I'm in a wheelchair this place is not disabled friendly you can't get access to the wheelchair ramp because people block it with their cars I've been asking for two years now about this situation the The handicap parking spot they got you can't use it if you got a wheelchair because the car is parked so close to it you're lucky to be able to open your door a little and get a wheelchair up the wheelchair ramp I've been asking at least put a sign up saying please do not block the wheelchair ramp this is going on for two summers they say they're listening to you and they look at you but then again they never follow up on any actions something as simple as putting up a sign would make a big difference but even that's out of their reach they say the parking lot is out of their control but it isn't disable friendly for people in wheelchair I'm disappointed because I do like shopping here for my medicationWhen I say they have wheelchair access that's not true the only reason I give this to stars is because of the difficulties they make it for me to access their store outside of that I would give them four stars they are not disabled friendly read more
