He was super nice and super helpful. I can't really do a reliable comparison as they didn't have a product that I got elsewhere in the past, so I don't know how the price would otherwise compare--but I can say I was pleasantly surprised at what seemed like a great deal. My only issue with my experience had to do with Covid-19 management. They were great about spacing at the door and limiting the numbers of customers. However, one of the staff was wearing a mask--but under her chi--talking to another customer who was not masked. I was far enough away and glad I got Kaylin who was practicing good safety. If I had gotten her for service, I would have politely requested she that she mask up. Kaylin was perfect, however. Go Kaylin! Great helpmate, great safety model.

This company does not have the ability to deliver on time. They make promises to companies that…read morethey never had the ability to fulfill anyway. They will accept orders from anyone and tell them that they will be there at whatever time you need them to be there so that they can be the one transporting your product although they will deliver it on their own schedule at their own time and their own convenience. They also will require your staff to help them bring their items into the building most times. So the farm pays them to deliver products late and is also paying the third party transport company to have the bud tenders of another business, who do not get paid, do the rest of the job that they also have an inability to complete. They blame your company for their tardiness. I would either choose another third party transport company or work with the farms themselves... if you care to have your business have any kind of flow at all.
