I really really enjoy shopping here. In fact, this is now really the only place I do shop for these needs! I just need to say how nice everyone is and has been that I've come into contact with. I'm not kidding when I say, I would rather pay more money, to get treated like I matter, like my money matters. I think sometimes that's lost here in Bellingham. But NOT at 2020 Solutions. I've been here more times than I can count. And I have NEVER had a bad experience. Everyone has ALWAYS treated me good. And like a friend almost! Thank you!! I will continue to shop here! read more

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They will overcharge you and lie about it. The absolute most rude customer service I have ever seen. I will never come back to this store. Specifically, Shaun the manager, refused to exchange a product I had the receipt for. I wasted 50 bucks on a vape that won't turn on and they basically said they couldn't help me. Go to Western Bud instead---way better and honest. read more

Superior weedstore. Stop wasting your time going anywhere else. Matt & the entire crew are there (right now) to attend to your weed needs & concerns. Most definitely you will walk away with a great deal & big smile. They have an awesome selection of everything you could possibly need & point system for even better deals the more you come back. read more

You can tell these folks really care about their business and maintaining a happy environment for their staff and customers. I drive by many other dispensaries on my way to this one purely because of the customer experience. read more

This place is wonderful! I'm not very experienced with using marijuana, so when I first came in to get a battery and a CBD oil cartridge to help manage my anxiety, I had a ton of questions. The environment is so relaxed and welcoming, and the budtender was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. I was hesitant to come in at first because I thought they might think I was stupid, being as inexperienced as I am, but they were so friendly and kind and thoroughly answered all the questions I had. I've always walked away with great products and feeling good about what I paid for them. This is the only shop I'll come to for these needs. I'd highly recommend to anyone who might be a little inexperienced, has lots of questions, and wants a wide selection of products to choose from. read more

It felt like walking into an apple store for weed!everything was clearly displayed and the staff knew their product. Friendly staff, got me exactly what I wanted! Had a great variety of choices! read more

Wonderful, knowledgable staff, good product and daily deals. They know their stuff. Only knock is that some stores are managing to undercut the low end prices (you get what you pay for bust still...) The loyalty card also could and should work on any and all purchases yet it cannot be combined with low price deals and sales. That is the only strike against 20/20 in my opinion! read more

This is my favorite place to go everybody is friendly good peeps and good green they always know what I want love u guys my green fam!!!!!

I literally don't have a negative thing to say about this place. I can't complain about any prices, selection, quality, and especially, the quality of the staff. So many of these places have cheesy sales pitches ingrained into the employees that I (and other friends) avoid them because they are so annoying and insincere. I actually feel like a valued customer at this store. Wish there was a little more parking, but so do they. It is the perfect Pot Shop. The rewards program is the big bonus. Other stores make claims that their programs work out the same, THEY DO NOT! The 20/20 rewards program is on a cash basis. read more

Wow. I'm pretty impressed. Easy, relaxed environment, very nice staff, huge selection and functions super smooth. Kind of hard to find because it's on a residential street. The only shop in town that I could find pax era pods. (Oh and they have dope ass rewards system.) read more

We came to 2020 solutions just to see how the new recreational green shops are working and I was blown away; the shop is clean and bright, the staff are super friendly without being aggressive (Riley was SUPER knowledgable). We didn't come in expecting to buy anything, and now we are leaving with a great Davinci Vaporizer, and I couldn't be happier. :) read more

I love this store. An amazing selection of product in all the various forms. Specific discounts for each day of the week. GREAT customer service. Really good at making recommendations based on how you describe the experience or feeling you are seeking. I bought some oil for a vape pen and it just didn't work. They did an exchange with absolutely no hassle. I've only been to a couple of stores in Bham but I think the prices are good too. read more

Staff here is very friendly & helpful. The atmosphere is very clean & professional. Prices are fair & competitive. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. read more

Excellent quality, fair prices - better than any medical I can find in town. Well worth the extra cost in comparison, I need medicine that's gonna work not 13 dollar a gram bunk I got from HLC or the top shelf on meridian. read more

Amazing shop. Great choices and a knowledgeable staff. They are open the longest of any shops in town serving the same product.

Buying oil concentrates here is entirely hit or miss. I specifically ask for the strongest stuff they have. The staff instead talks a lot about "terps" and tries to sell me on the "flavor" of the oil. Every time I go with a staff member's suggestion, I've been disappointed. The board isn't always right as well. The actual packaging sometimes has lower percentages than as advertised on the board. The selection here is okay. I highly recommend SPP as a brand. But don't listen to the idiots who work here. They have no clue what they're talking about. Trust your own judgement. read more

High prices and a weird "cell phone store" feel. Product (good deal), I wanted was online but wasn't listed in store, my assigned bud tender remembered it after trying to sell me what he wanted to sell, felt like a quota or commission sales staff. read more

Knowledgeable, friendly and attentive staff, with a great selection of products. They have a budlist with pricing so that you can easily see what they have too! Heads up it's cash only but the on-site ATM only has a $2 fee which is less than standard. read more

My experience with 2020 Solutions was so great, that I wanted to let everyone know how well they treated me. I made an online order when I came to town for my biweekly trip to the mainland for supplies. I picked it up and my order included an Indigopro cartridge. However, I did not know that cartridge only fit the Indigopro proprietary battery and that was completely my mistake. I got home and found my mistake and sent a quick email to express my disappointment. Not expecting much I decided I would just get a new battery in a couple of weeks, however right after I sent the email Aaron Nelson the Director of Actualization reached out to me and sent me an advanced Indigopro battery out of his own pocket. That is the kind of customer service that is rare in today's online world and narrow margin economy. I highly recommend this company as their employees go the extra mile to keep customers happy. As a side note the Indigopro unit is better and more advanced than my old battery and random cartridge method and I would not have believed it until I tried it. read more

The staff had such a warm and welcoming vibe. Riley was super helpful when I was trying to figure out what I wanted. Dank weed and good prices! Plus free water. read more

Great customer service in a laid-back, comfortable environment. The staff is very knowledgeable, and prices are great! 20/20 is the only store of it's kind my friends and family visit and for good reason! :) read more
