This place is wonderful! I'm not very experienced with using marijuana, so when I first came in to get a battery and a CBD oil cartridge to help manage my anxiety, I had a ton of questions. The environment is so relaxed and welcoming, and the budtender was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. I was hesitant to come in at first because I thought they might think I was stupid, being as inexperienced as I am, but they were so friendly and kind and thoroughly answered all the questions I had. I've always walked away with great products and feeling good about what I paid for them. This is the only shop I'll come to for these needs. I'd highly recommend to anyone who might be a little inexperienced, has lots of questions, and wants a wide selection of products to choose from. read more

Wonderful, knowledgable staff, good product and daily deals. They know their stuff. Only knock is that some stores are managing to undercut the low end prices (you get what you pay for bust still...) The loyalty card also could and should work on any and all purchases yet it cannot be combined with low price deals and sales. That is the only strike against 20/20 in my opinion! read more

I literally don't have a negative thing to say about this place. I can't complain about any prices, selection, quality, and especially, the quality of the staff. So many of these places have cheesy sales pitches ingrained into the employees that I (and other friends) avoid them because they are so annoying and insincere. I actually feel like a valued customer at this store. Wish there was a little more parking, but so do they. It is the perfect Pot Shop. The rewards program is the big bonus. Other stores make claims that their programs work out the same, THEY DO NOT! The 20/20 rewards program is on a cash basis. read more

Buying oil concentrates here is entirely hit or miss. I specifically ask for the strongest stuff they have. The staff instead talks a lot about "terps" and tries to sell me on the "flavor" of the oil. Every time I go with a staff member's suggestion, I've been disappointed. The board isn't always right as well. The actual packaging sometimes has lower percentages than as advertised on the board. The selection here is okay. I highly recommend SPP as a brand. But don't listen to the idiots who work here. They have no clue what they're talking about. Trust your own judgement. read more

My experience with 2020 Solutions was so great, that I wanted to let everyone know how well they treated me. I made an online order when I came to town for my biweekly trip to the mainland for supplies. I picked it up and my order included an Indigopro cartridge. However, I did not know that cartridge only fit the Indigopro proprietary battery and that was completely my mistake. I got home and found my mistake and sent a quick email to express my disappointment. Not expecting much I decided I would just get a new battery in a couple of weeks, however right after I sent the email Aaron Nelson the Director of Actualization reached out to me and sent me an advanced Indigopro battery out of his own pocket. That is the kind of customer service that is rare in today's online world and narrow margin economy. I highly recommend this company as their employees go the extra mile to keep customers happy. As a side note the Indigopro unit is better and more advanced than my old battery and random cartridge method and I would not have believed it until I tried it. read more
