My favorite, staff are nice and very helpful. Their products rock. I've never had any issues with this store.

I will say that Cascade Herb has a pretty decent selection of edibles, especially compared to some of the other dispensaries in town. They also have a good selection of glass and other accessories. All the people are pretty friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The store has a super weird layout though, so be prepared to go from counter to counter for every little thing. If they offer you a $5 pre-roll at checkout, I'd probably decline. When we bought some, they were poorly rolled and just kept falling apart. Made me wonder if they have the newbies roll them. Absolutely the best weed shop in town. They help you find what you need, they work with you to find what fits your budget, and they even help you track down a product over the phone. And they take COVID seriously and make everyone feel safe. Amazing curbside and in person service. I recently moved out of Bellingham and it made me tear up having to leave this weed shop behind. Blown away by their professionalism! Although Mary Jane and I have long parted ways, I came here looking for CBD oil for chronic joint inflammation. The staff was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. State regulations prevent sampling of any of the CBD oils or products, so I wasn't able to try the lotion. A bit pricey...but it works and a little goes a long way! read more

The system they use is inefficient. When I walked in there were people scattered everywhere, no organization, and the staff working had a solid 5 minute conversation about irrelevant topics (apartment locations, bars in bham, ect...) when there were at least 10 people in line. I will not be returning, one of the worst experiences I've had in a cannabis shop. read more

I walked into Cascade Herb 4 plus years ago. Mackenzie helped me with some CBD edibles so I could have a choice with managing my pain. She was knowledgeable, friendly and always knowledgeable about what I may try next. I have never been to Cascade Herb that everyone is so helpful and willing to help educate me on what I may try next. Still sticking with the edibles though some THC now is pretty fun! I have been to several other stores more out of curiosity. Cascade Herb is the best in variety, pricing and more importantly a friendly and educated staff. This is Michelle!! I've been a customer at this store for a long time and have had a lot of great experiences and great service from most of the employees. However, for a few times a row now when I've visited the store, a specific employee has treated me in a very condescending manner. This employee casually wears formal wear; the vest, at the very least. He also wears a beard and trousers. I feel like the position bud tender is something highly sought after. It is a position that someone is lucky to have, and it should be something treated with enthusiasm and respect. I don't feel like this employee honors that. The times I've gone in there and been served by him, I've had legitimate questions about what I'm buying. I've posed these questions clearly and kindly, and, when he even deigns to respond (he would make conversation with his coworkers over me talking), he does so in a condescending manner that makes me hesitant to even ask further questions. In the end, I've had to leave the store with product that I don't understand enough about. I'm not asking for my hand to be held, but guidance is a must from an employee whose task it is to provide it. read more

Boy, being treated like absolute garbage sure seems like a good way to keep customers. Today, I placed an order for curbside pickup, called and confirmed as the website says to and when i arrived i was told to "come back in an hour like the website says". Before i could even respond, the guy on the phone started ranting about how bringing me my curbside pickup would just be cutting in front of people in line, and that they don't play favorites, and again, to read the website. I got home, "checked the website" and there are no mentions of these new obscure rules. Even though they have the best prices in town, I won't shop here again, which is funny because i was a regular, but being treated like that isn't worth it. read more

If you're familiar with Boomer's Drive-In in Bellingham, you already know how to get to Cascade Herb Company. It's located on the sharp corner where Samish Way knifes into Maple Street, or vice versa depending on the direction you're heading. Either way, it's a stones throw from McKay's Taphouse. The building is very unassuming and if you look down to check your GPS you just might miss it. You shouldn't be taking your eyes of the road anyway. Shame on you. I've been to every recreational cannabis shop in Bellingham and this place, by far, is the absolute best in town. They have the lowest prices on the highest quality products available in Bellingham. I'm baffled at how this place is listed as a "$$" price range because it's the cheapest there is within the city limits. The selection is bordering on absurd, as they carry almost every grower available at other dispensaries, and then some. There's a great selection of vaporizers, glass, papers, flower, concentrates, and edible/drinkables. The staff were all super friendly and all of my qustions were answered with a smile. This is definitely my go-to spot in B'ham now. I'm actually a little pissed at myself for not going here sooner. Do yourself a favor and hit up the CHC right now! Unless it's 1am. Then don't go. Weak selection of weed. The majority of in stock products looked old, stale, and had lots of discoloration. The service sucked; the guy that helped me, Justin? Was extremely pretentious. Had a cool selection of pipes, although you could find them cheaper downtown at a head shop. Hopefully more Weed stores will open soon to give Bellingham more options. read more

This definitely is my favorite pot shop. Scott McClain is the most helpful bud-tender. I Always take his recommendations. Try the .7 gram pre roll of head cheese. By far my favorite pot in the shop. I was greeted with smiles and knowledgeable people. The selection is vast with affordable prices. The daily specials are changing constantly with a rewards type sign in, which earns discounts on the already low prices. You can shop around as I have but I can assure you, once you shop here, it'll be your go-to. The hours are extremely convenient and the location has plenty of parking. I have purchased the low end of the price sheet when I was broke and still they treat me the same as if I had bought the highest end product. Need to have up to date pricing /price sheets. Poor display of product stuffed in the case for storage, Display in sight, store under counter.
