Always greeted with big smiles and great service; they recommend the right kind of edibles and make sure to stock the pre-rolls I prefer. I'm registered with the state (and they helped me with that, too!), so I enjoy the discounts available, especially on Chewsday! It's great to have a steady relationship with the knowledgeable bud tenders. I've now been to all three locations, and they're all pretty great! read more

We purchased a vape cartridge on Sunday 3/24/24 and when we arrived home, we noticed that after opening the package that the tank was cracked and oil was seeping out. It was not noticed nor seen when we purchased. In fact you could not see the side where crack was. I called the store today, Monday 3/25/24 and asked what could be down. The employee stated since it wasn't a manufacturer defect all they could do is offer a small discount on another product. I called 3 other dispensaries and told them the issue, all 3 WOULD have replaced, no questions asked. Lost my business. Bye. read more

Best place in Whatcom county! Super friendly staff- they remember your name, help you make a selection. Braden offers top notch customer service and the store is always clean and well stocked. If your new to the cannabis world, the team at 2020 solutions will take care of you and take the time to get to know your favorite products. The ATM only has a $1 fee which is super awesome! read more

Confession: I'm not a frequenter of pot shops. I grew up in a time when, if you wanted some of the good stuff, you had to ask your friend who knew a guy who had a neighbor who had a connection. And by the time marijuana was legalized in our state a couple of years ago my hallucinogenic days were firmly ensconced in my college past. But recently an adult family member has been suffering from nausea, a side effect of another chronic health condition. He's tried everything, including a couple of prescription meds, and nothing helped. So one day, when he was feeling particularly awful, he asked if I'd stop in and grab him some of his favorite CBD candies. (Apparently, CBD is the non-hallucinogenic part of marijuana, and has some great medical effects.) So I checked out the Yelp reviews and decided on 2020. When I walked in I thought I was at a (nice) bar! The menus are all visible on screens throughout the store, which is brightly lit and smells of college days-gone-by. It's warm, colorful, and the employees are super friendly. Even though I felt a little awkward, that was quickly replaced by a really nice consumer experience. I told them about the CBD candies I was seeking, and they quickly led me right to them and told me about the different flavors available. There also happened to be a Tuesday special on edibles when I arrived, so I saved a few bucks on the total purchase. And, best of all, I was able to help my family member feel better. I guess the days of a friend-of-a-friend handing you something in a baggie are long gone, and have been replaced with cool shops like this. We've come a long way baby! Pro tip: this place shares a parking lot entrance with the Hilltop - be careful or you'll miss it and there's no place nearby to turn around. read more

Best dispensary in the area. Dream team staff , excellent quality products and awesome deals. They also have an excellent rewards program. I've tried about 15 dispensaries locally and 2020 on the Guide is King! Pablo is the best bud tender ever. Always hooks me up with killer deals , and positivity. read more

Kalib was super awesome and helpful. Suggested some amazing prerolls. Thank you lovely!!

Helpful, quick and non judgemental on what questions I asked! The points systems is great too! Will be my go to shop.

I had never tried CBD before, for several ailments, including nausea and pain, it relieves both. The staff was incredibly helpful and they carry top shelf products. If your new to this I'd definitely start here at 2020! read more

My go to pot shop I moved here from Hawaii a few months ago and had a hard time finding buds that reminded me of home. I went to 2020 solutions and was blown away of how friendly the bud tenders are. They are very knowledgeable and are so helpful in picking out something that fits your needs. I recommend this place to all my Friends and family when they come to visit they also always have good deals read more

This is a very solid pot shop! The ambience is amazing! It's warm and inviting. The prices are on the wall and easy to understand. You can ask to see anything listed on the wall your interested in. The bud-tenders are super polite and helpful. Always willing to recommend their favorites. Also you can get 20% off stamp cards! Their prices are a little high but for the most part the product is worth it. I would highly recommend the Aliens On Moonshine oil right now. I wish they had a better selection of pre-rolls but the prices on those are very nice. All in all 4 stars! read more

Great service! These guys are always inviting, knowledgeable and have a great selection of everything.

Bud tender Jarod(?) helped me pick an AWESOME dab pen (Mimo) for only $50. Great products, great staff!

Great selection! Knowledgeable and 'experienced' staff. Competitive prices with discounts and $10 grams!

Best service I've ever had. Nothing like it were I came from. I was created and treated very well even on the way out the door.

2020 does not stand behind the equipment they sell after 30 days. So if your vape pen fouls or anything else breaks down past 30 days you are out of luck with 2020. Does not matter if you keep the receipt or not they DO NOT honor the products they sell after 30 days & 30 days is nothing to a society that makes things that break so they stay in business. 2020 also does not keep a stable menu. They have something good for awhile that you may like and go back for one day however that product will not be available any longer. 2020 acts like that is nothing & maybe that is nothing to them but if you ask me because its BS because its the customers that matter. Also the mgmt will not side with a customer they side with the sales person that works for them. Possibly a girlfriend at that... read more

Very pleased with the experience! A clean, warm, welcoming atmosphere. I was extremely impressed with the kind staff, Danny in particular was very helpful and very patient with my lack of knowledge. He's very sweet and I now feel like I have a friend in the business. With a great variety there's was something for everyone as well as excellent prices. read more

A bit too modern as canabis stores go. A large screen on the wall displays a menu and pricing but most products are not displayed for viewing till you ask to see a specific one. Pricing is slightly higher than other businesses in the area and to be honest all four kinds I purchased were dry, crumbly and not of the quality I would have expected considering the price. The over all experience felt rushed given the way they have the purchase process set up. They do have a punch card system and the more you spend the more punches you get....full punch card gets a substantial discount on the next purchase but I feel like I should have gotten twice the punch card discount just due to the quality of what they sold read more

This place is alway super friendly atmosphere and the bud tenders are knowledgable and friendly! I'd highly recommend this shop!

The selection is great and with all the knowledge the staff has it was easy to find something good. Also the $10 grams are good quality so when money us tight they still have something for everyone! read more

The Guide 20/20 was one of my " go to " shops . I was in yesterday , and things had changed , not in a good way . I was told to stand in line , then I found there's no longer product in the cases . It was " choose something on the reader boards , then ask to be shown the product " that's now on poorly lighted shelves behind the counters 6 ft. away . I have no idea what this change was a reaction to , but I left . I'm thinking they're going to lose more customers this way than whatever the issue was . I buy many times by the visual , not the name of the strain . Strain names are made up by the farms by the dozens , and unless they contain a familiar genetics " Kush or Cookie " name , I have no idea what " Mango MaGoo 4 " is supposed to be . I hate to lose one of my favorite shops , but I'll be hitting others where I can get a good visual on the product first until it returns to the old method . read more
