We purchased a vape cartridge on Sunday 3/24/24 and when we arrived home, we noticed that after opening the package that the tank was cracked and oil was seeping out. It was not noticed nor seen when we purchased. In fact you could not see the side where crack was. I called the store today, Monday 3/25/24 and asked what could be down. The employee stated since it wasn't a manufacturer defect all they could do is offer a small discount on another product. Confession: I'm not a frequenter of pot shops. I grew up in a time when, if you wanted some of the good stuff, you had to ask your friend who knew a guy who had a neighbor who had a connection. And by the time marijuana was legalized in our state a couple of years ago my hallucinogenic days were firmly ensconced in my college past. But recently an adult family member has been suffering from nausea, a side effect of another chronic health condition. He's tried everything, including a couple of prescription meds, and nothing helped. So one day, when he was feeling particularly awful, he asked if I'd stop in and grab him some of his favorite CBD candies. (Apparently, CBD is the non-hallucinogenic part of marijuana, and has some great medical effects.) So I checked out the Yelp reviews and decided on 2020. When I walked in I thought I was at a (nice) bar! The menus are all visible on screens throughout the store, which is brightly lit and smells of college days-gone-by. It's warm, colorful, and the employees are super friendly. Even though I felt a little awkward, that was quickly replaced by a really nice consumer experience. I told them about the CBD candies I was seeking, and they quickly led me right to them and told me about the different flavors available. There also happened to be a Tuesday special on edibles when I arrived, so I saved a few bucks on the total purchase. And, best of all, I was able to help my family member feel better. I guess the days of a friend-of-a-friend handing you something in a baggie are long gone, and have been replaced with cool shops like this. We've come a long way baby! This is a very solid pot shop! The ambience is amazing! It's warm and inviting. The prices are on the wall and easy to understand. You can ask to see anything listed on the wall your interested in. The bud-tenders are super polite and helpful. Always willing to recommend their favorites. Also you can get 20% off stamp cards! Their prices are a little high but for the most part the product is worth it. I would highly recommend the Aliens On Moonshine oil right now. 2020 does not stand behind the equipment they sell after 30 days. So if your vape pen fouls or anything else breaks down past 30 days you are out of luck with 2020. Does not matter if you keep the receipt or not they DO NOT honor the products they sell after 30 days & 30 days is nothing to a society that makes things that break so they stay in business. 2020 also does not keep a stable menu. They have something good for awhile that you may like and go back for one day however that product will not be available any longer. 2020 acts like that is nothing & maybe that is nothing to them but if you ask me because its BS because its the customers that matter. A bit too modern as canabis stores go. A large screen on the wall displays a menu and pricing but most products are not displayed for viewing till you ask to see a specific one. Pricing is slightly higher than other businesses in the area and to be honest all four kinds I purchased were dry, crumbly and not of the quality I would have expected considering the price. The over all experience felt rushed given the way they have the purchase process set up. They do have a punch card system and the more you spend the more punches you get....full punch card gets a substantial discount on the next purchase but I feel like I should have gotten twice the punch card discount just due to the quality of what they sold read more

The Guide 20/20 was one of my " go to " shops . I was in yesterday , and things had changed , not in a good way . I was told to stand in line , then I found there's no longer product in the cases . It was " choose something on the reader boards , then ask to be shown the product " that's now on poorly lighted shelves behind the counters 6 ft. away . I have no idea what this change was a reaction to , but I left . I'm thinking they're going to lose more customers this way than whatever the issue was . I buy many times by the visual , not the name of the strain . Strain names are made up by the farms by the dozens , and unless they contain a familiar genetics " Kush or Cookie " name , I have no idea what " Mango MaGoo 4 " is supposed to be . I hate to lose one of my favorite shops , but I'll be hitting others where I can get a good visual on the product first until it returns to the old method . read more
