About an hour later, a person by the name of Chelsea, who claims to be over operations called me acting like a complete lunatic and ended the phone call with "that is why your is green" She also told me in the middle of the phone conversation that I can clean the pool myself. I am not sure that anyone wants to listen to someone act like they are unhinged in reference to customer service, but they are lacking severely in all departments.

After 4 weeks the pool was still green and the neighbors were complaining. Week 5 he came out and got the pool clear again. A week later the pool was green. I was told we should have been doing service twice a week. then i was told there is probably something wrong with the pump. It should not take 5 weeks to figure out what is wrong with the pool. That is when I told him we would find someone else to fix the situation. So they immediately invoiced me for 5 service calls and a chemical clean. I was asked if I was going to pay and I said I would have to run it by the board at our next meeting. At which point everything went south when some lady calls me yelling at me and telling me how horrible I am and how she hates HOAs and would not even let me speak. I never said I would not pay the bill. what I expected was a small business to try to make thing right and at least listen to their customers. I finally had to hang up on this person because she was so irrational and demeaning. I highly recommend you stay clear of this business,

He said great things about it, and even though he doesn't work with them, he was very kind and helpful and gave me a lot of great trustworthy advice. Telling George my location it's unfortunate that I was out of his working area but my review of his company is more on the lines of what George did for me. After shortly explaining my problem to George he was kind enough to say text me over photos and I'll take a look at them and if I see something is wrong I will give you advice. Now he was under no obligation to do that whatsoever but it seems like that's the kind of guy George is. After reviewing my photos he continued to text back and forth with me trying to fix my problem. He even was kind enough to email me information on cleaning and info on what the ozonator was intended for and how it works. Now I wish George was in my working area because this is a man with integrity and kindness. This is the type of person I would love to do business with because you know you're going to get an honest evaluation of your hot tub. Even though we were unable to come to a fix for my hot tub George did all he could for me, a stranger, a person who just reached out to him for service, that he could have just told me I'm not in his working area and hung up. This is why I am writing this review because of the kindness this man showed toward me and I have a feeling this is the kind of kindness George shows everyone. Thank You Sir. Showed him what we planned on doing and he said ok. They came and installed the pool heater and never called to schedule it. When I got home and saw that it was installed, I spoke with Duncan, the manager and he said that it was installed, but did not work because the gas was not enough to the pool heater. They replaced the sand in the filter and lots of sand got into the pool and left a mess outside. I called and texted with the Owner and Duncan and they would not respond. The only way to get their attention was holding payment. They blame everyone except for themself. Needless to say they lost a client forever.

I was so excited two years ago and this is what my pool has looked like for most of the summer. To be very clear, my beef is with the manufacturer/US Distributors out of Atlanta GA. Their customer service is well below acceptable. In a conversation a few weeks ago, one of their staff members (Jeff) actually laughed when I told him I had a green pond in my backyard with frogs. It's not a laughing matter, period. My pump was sent back to them, at my expense, over a month and a half ago. My pool continued to grow its own little ecosystem. They have neither reached out to address the issue or my concerns. I have been forced to mitigate my damages and prevent further damage to the rest of the equipment, again at my expense. Pool ownership is expensive in its own right but is balanced by the enjoyment it brings. There has been absolutely nothing enjoyable about dealing with this company. To say that their customer service is horrible is an understatement.

The company had him get in touch me with the price which was reasonable, but he quickly added it would be 3 to 5 weeks out. It was April 27th, so no worries. I asked him to put us on the schedule and then for a quote to see if they did stain removal on vinyl liners. Again, no estimate, so I called the company and Kyle emailed back, we don't do that. I asked if we on the still on the schedule and he said yes for Thursday or Friday of the week of May 14th. We haven't heard or seen their people yet. Extremely frustrating company to deal with!
