Last time here great. Service great…read more This morning was order to go. They were busy yes. However they didn't tell me till after I ordered it would be a minute. Well that was 25 min for a scramble. Then they put a few orders in front of me. And finally I here please rush my order. And it comes out looking like a pos. Crap! Tastes bad looks bad. Service bad. Okay.. after eating and chilling for a minute... it did look like some ufo. Unidentified fly omelette. But it was not horrible, could have been a lot better. I get you ate busy but cmon. May rethink going back. But I like supporting local so I'll give them another shot when less busy.

If there were a zero-star option, that is what this restaurant would receive…read more What should have been a simple family meal on Easter Sunday turned into one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional restaurant experiences I have ever witnessed. My parents were visiting from South Carolina, and my wife, son, and I came from Frankfort, Indiana to spend time with family in Goshen. Instead, this restaurant managed to turn a holiday family gathering into an embarrassing and upsetting experience that left my mother in tears. Our party of eight arrived at approximately 11:25 a.m. and put our name in with the hostess. We were told the wait would be about 25 to 30 minutes. That was completely reasonable, so we sat down and waited patiently. Around 11:45 a.m., another woman came in, spoke briefly with the hostess, and sat down. After that, we watched two tables of six get seated before us, despite the fact that our full party had already been present and waiting. When my brother politely asked when we would be seated, the hostess claimed there was another party ahead of us and pointed to the woman who had arrived later. The hostess then asked that woman whether her full party was there, and she said yes, even though someone in her own group stated that they were still waiting on two more people. Meanwhile, our full party of eight had already been there the entire time. At that point, my mother calmly said that we had been waiting patiently for around 40 minutes and asked why another larger party was being seated ahead of us. The response from the hostesses was beyond unacceptable. Instead of addressing the situation honestly or professionally, they labeled my mother rude and openly stated that they were seating the other party first because of it. Then came the most unbelievable part. We asked to speak with a manager, expecting the situation to be corrected. Instead, the manager sided with the hostesses and told us, in front of our entire family, that they could choose who to seat first based on how rude they believed customers were being. Read that again. A manager openly defended retaliatory service. This was not a misunderstanding. It was not a minor hosting error. It was blatant favoritism, dishonest communication, and management-endorsed disrespect. It showed a complete lack of professionalism, basic customer service, and simple decency. No family should be treated this way, especially on a holiday, and no mother should leave a restaurant in tears because staff and management chose to escalate rather than do their jobs with fairness and maturity. We left without eating and will never return. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this restaurant to think twice before giving their time, money, or trust to a place that treats families this way.
