I went to this shop for a quick tire change and oil change after blowing one of my tires. I live in…read morethe area but work in Oswego so I needed a quick fix. They didn't have my tire in stock and had to order it. That was fine until it took over a week to come in. When it finally arrived and I went to purchase the tire I had to wait for 20 minutes while they frantically look for my tire that they somehow lost. After finding the tire they tried to charge me $215 for a single tire, I was quoted at $160 when I ordered the tire. I ended up getting them back down to the price I was quoted at but it just makes me wonder how many others they have overcharged like this. I am very disappointed and will not return.

Oxygen sensors I had…read morea check engine light come on after I had my vehicle got undercoated. Due to the modifications that were made to my van I was referred to Tallmans Tires since they had a lift that could accommodate my van. They quoted me a price that was at least $200 more than other places. They did the repair for over $500. I didn't get 100 yds from the door and the lights came on again. They said I needed to have their special machine analyze the problem for an exhorbatent amount of money. Why spend good money after bad!?? So on my way home I stopped at Ramsay's. They couldn't fit me in this late in the day. But first thing in the morning they got right on it, fixed it, paid for it. Their speed and expertise was amazing. I will not go anywhere else. I can't say enough about their speed, efficiency and cost. I won't go anywhere else.
