Yea KZ, you know who I am. That little red car you butchered. When I picked it up it had a deep dent in the nose and deep scratches on the trunk. The car only weighs just over 2000 lbs. The parking lot is flat. You didn't need to push the car very hard to move it. Some asshole shoved the car into another car's trailer hitch. The dent is over 1/2" deep. You can see the roundness of the dent that clearly shows that it was smashed into a trailer hitch. Additionally, the same asshole dragged his finger's into the trunk paint. The car has a bumper moron. Why the hell did you need to drag your fingers down the trunk lid? I am convinced that this car was damaged on purpose. All that said I will never ever take a car there again. I recommend you find someone else to repair your car given my experience.

So I will try not to be too harsh here. I went to PT&T because word of mouth was nothing but…read morepraises! I spoke with John who was, let's say, extremely confident in his knowledge of jeeps. We discussed drop off and when they could look at my Jeep. I dropped it off Sunday night with a Tuesday expectation of them looking at it. John called Monday saying that he drove it and the transmission shifted fine and they didn't see any codes??? So I went to pick it up, paid the service fee ($80) and drove it home. When I got home I hooked up my code reader and wouldn't you know the very same P700 code was there. The same code which had me being the jeep in. Oh and the Jeep still shifts hard from 1st to 2nd and the code is still there. So he did say if a code pops up to bring it back. Here's the thing, my code reader is a superchips reader for a Jeep.I would like to think a pro shop would have a better reader. Why would I bring it back??

When I had a big job that needed to get done, I called them first. What blew my mind is that the shop I always go to wanted over a crazy amount of money to fix my clutch. I told them I would buy the part( about 300$) and asked them about their installation. The other guys quoted me 1500$ for labor on my car. I was floored by the dishonesty. They basically were saying it would be 15 hours of labor (not even close). So out of desperation I Yelp searches and found these guys! So I called them up and asked for a quote. They called me back about 30 minutes later and quoted me about 1300 WITH the parts and labor. They literally saved me over 500 bucks! They obviously could have tried to take me to the cleaners like that other garage, but this garage has integrity beyond all measure. I decided to really break down the numbers for you all just to show you how big of a savings they are. Now for the huge disclaimer. Every car and person is different. Will everyone save a massive amount of money? Probably not, but you can trust these guys to be fair. The only downfall to this place is they got some oil, gas, or something tracked into my car. The interior really stuck for about a week before it cleared out. Other than that, these are my new guys!

Rodney and Lori are a cut above most folks and they will take care of your needs, and stand by their work. I needed a new transmission and Rodney took a ride and figured out what I needed, and gave me a great price to replace my transmission parts. I drove it for a couple hundred miles and all was well when I brought it in for a checkup before heading across the country. Two-three months later there was an issue with some part of the new transmission and I lost power. I called Rodney and he stood by his work, but told me he would take care of it. He paid for a tow to a shop in California and the next day we had a brand new full transmission dropped in - at no charge to us at all!!!!
