As someone who isn't a car expert, I assumed an alignment would be included--or at the very least, that someone would mention it when I was making such a big purchase. But I wasn't even asked. When I went back and explained what happened, hoping they'd help or offer some kind of discount on replacement tires, they basically shrugged and told me it was my fault for not getting an alignment. No help. No ownership. No offer to make it right. Just, "you should've gotten an alignment." If this is how they treat their customers, I'll gladly take my business elsewhere next time--and I'd recommend you do the same.
