And I mean RUDE! The disgruntled tow driver was rolling his eyes, sighing, and acting like a grumpy 5 year old the entire time. I try to give the benefit of the doubt and have patience. Maybe he was having a bad day. But even after I paid him and thanked him repeatedly, he had the nerve to take up more of my time and complain about the sound of my truck, among other things. Basically the business is run by an annoying boomer who enjoys price gouging and thinks he knows everything. Next time I will call the guy on 220 in Oxford who was incredibly pleasant (even in 10 degree weather and icy roads at midnight) and charges $50 less to tow 20 miles longer!! Forget this place.

Another reason being the mechanic you brought it too says that you guys caused more damage to my cars frame due to you guys NOT KNOWING how to do your jobs, you think someone is going to go for that? You must be on something strong. Craziest part is I was asking so politely to just leave my car somewhere else that weekend if they would charge that much a day but they refused.
