After a wk., finally got someone to pick up the phone. Pharmacy mngr. Kim said she would call me bk. I kept calling every hr as she didn't do what she said she was going to do. Kim then picks up calls me a child for getting angry and claims she called me TWICE! I checked call log on phone and there is no record of incoming call from CVS! I asked if the rx was ready. She said it would be ready in 30 mins. I said TY goodbye. Their issues are theirs. If they r incapable of performing their jobs in a timely manner, I hear Amazon is hiring. However,I was surprised at the total lack of merchandising today. The end caps look like the merchandise was just thrown on the shelves. The store is organized, and the aisles have plenty of room to navigate carriages without bumping into people or displays. There is a abundant selection of gifts for both the home and for children on your list. The check out system used to be very fast and efficient. Unfortunately, the self check out seems to always have some issues. Overall, there is plenty of parking and the positives outweigh the checkout issue and lack of merchandising.
