Upscale furniture, home goods, bedding and accessories. Mostly modern looks with clean lines. Comfy furniture. Huge selections with even more online. Great decorating ideas. Very friendly and helpful staff.

West Elm is located in the Scottsdale Quarter. The store sells household goods, furniture, lamps, and pretty things for your beds and tables. Several months ago we were looking for a pendant lamp. West Elm had several lamps to consider. While we didn't buy from them, they do have a good selection. We bought our lamp at another store and now seems West Elm has more selection. Isn't that the way? Haha. Shared Street, lot and valet parking. Wi-Fi in many of these stores there.

    The wrong material

If I could give zero stars, I would. SIX MONTHS of my time wasted. In a brief description, I was up sold credit cards with incorrect rewards information. I was sold a couch with the wrong side chaise and wrong material - waited months to find all this out. No call, no text, no show to the first scheduled delivery. Literally just ghosted on my scheduled delivery date. Sent in circles a dozen times. Finally, when the couch arrived, it was made in the wrong material and way smaller than it was in the store, looked like it was made from Temu. AWFUL!!! (See photos) The communication between the store and the hub where these products come into is atrocious nobody is on the same page you get different stories each time. By far are some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire 40 years of life! Save your money and time.

A lot to be said about West Elm furniture quality. Ordered a $3500 Andes chaise sectional and regret it greatly. Back cushions are misshapen and lumpy with uneven seams providing no back support. Upon leaning against them my back hits the hard back frame. After only two months seat cushions started sagging to the point where they are so flattened they extend beyond the frame. And it's all with very light 130lbs one person use. Opened a claim with West Elm and was told all this is due to wear! After 7 months. Andes is advertised as 4/5 firmness contract level furniture but what had arrived is nowhere close to that. Low quality materials that do not last. What you get to sit on in their showroom is not the same product you receive.

Nope. I'll go where I'm not looked at as an inconvenience. Service at this location is pretty rough.

Very snobby attitude. Treated horribly, as if I was in their way. All because, I said I prefer to look around first.

To walk around and see everything there is to offer is a joy and I do look forward to it…read more Looking back I have treated my daughter to the VIP Friday night tickets a few times now. This year though is different. It has become an event that you walk around and get ideas at. It is not an event the average and I do say average income person can afford. It is very very expensive and I'm wondering if the vendors have to pay such an outlandish fee to the owners that they have no choice but to mark their goods up so high to a price point no one can afford. We are in an economic downturn. We are headed toward a recession. To still charge $50 to get in on Friday night to get a cheap off brand of cooler and a $1 bag.... GREED I too, am a vendor elsewhere. I do know a little bit about what I'm talking about. During Covid I even reached out to the sisters tried emailing them regarding this. When people are hurting and we're in an economy like this I don't care if it's in Scottsdale or a hole in the wall town we've never heard of you just don't show your greed to the public you know what I mean? ‍ Just my opinion. Ps my 33-year-old daughter bought one little trinket item while there. That should tell you some thing especially when she's decorating her house. They are just too many things that you can go home and make yourself if you have a creative bone in your body

Again, this used to be a great event - use to make the trip from Sedona to Junk in the Trunk. Now,…read morethe event is like every other farmers market or craft show - its now just clothes, wall art and jewelry -no junk!! Made this call out before but unless they market that they have returned to the past there is no reason to make the journey. Hope the owners are listening to their dedicated patrons.
