The job was done very well, they cleaned the place up nicely and the price was median, not cheap, but I don't want cheap. I had been out of town for some weeks and when I came back, I found a minor error (not a leak, just a misplacement of a small shutoff for the whole-house humidifier) and called them to see if it could be repaired under the previous (paid for) contract. They agreed, sent out a technician that same day and fixed the error with no additional charge. After having been screwed over by the evil, greedy Peterman Bros. endlessly, I was amazed how quickly they did it and that there was no fee. Very responsible of them and a service well-appreciated.

I hired the company to remove mold in my crawl space on February 8th 2024…read more I was happy with the initial work they did and agreed to have them install a dehumidifier in the crawl space to prevent future mold. The dehumidifier was delivered but not hooked up because there was no outlet under the house and Pure Air was going to need an electrician to do the work. They finally sent someone on April 1, 2024. The electrician hooked into an outlet in the main house that could not support the dehumidifier and caused the breaker to trip. They sprayed solution to stop the mold and put down a vapor barrier. This was good but now after paying over $4000.00, the dehumidifier has stopped working! I have called many times to get the dehumidifier fixed or replaced but my calls are not being returned and no one has called to resolve the problem.
