I had limited range of motion and pain in my left shoulder and Dr. Jeremy was able to get my shoulder moving so much more after the first treatment. I got a good deal from Groupon on Black Friday and as soon as i bought it, i booked it right away the next day! so i came here today 12/21/20 for my appointment, its my first time going for a chiropractor, but not new to the massage. i started with a massage, we have the same name and i enjoyed her session. she was really soft spoken but enjoyable, we had a nice talk about our lives during pandemic. i felt really uncomfortable if im not talking so i continue to converse with her, but if we werent talking, i'd be sleeping right there and then, but i dont want her to hear me snoring lol but my shoulders and back are so tight, its even hard to fall asleep. after my session, i met up with Dr. Brown, i didnt get an x-ray though, maybe it wasnt included in the groupon deal? but I wouldnt know what to expect, i thought its gonna hurt since it was my first time, but i heard my back cracking and it felt good after, she said my posture was ok, not too bad but it still needs a 6 week adjustment. so i'll be coming back for more sessions, unfortunately they dont cover my IEHP insurance, so i have to pay out of pocket, but thats ok, at least it doesnt cost an arm and leg. so im finally home now, i laid in bed and put ice on my back and my neck, an hour later, i felt like i got run over by a bus, so i think im gonna sleep good tonight! overall, the staff are all nice and accommodating, im happy to be your client and hoping for more sessions and be a regular! btw, my back felt so much better now. read more

We love going here. Dr.J always helps my family out. My son is an athlete and I'm so grateful that we have him to help us. My daughter and I both have fibromyalgia and their massage therapist are very helpful. I love that they have x-ray if needed and have always been able to get us in when needed. A couple years ago he caught a broken elbow that the ER missed. Pre-Covid they even had workshops to educate you on different health issues. Now their social media posts discuss those topics. That all changed quickly, Approximately 2 1/2 weeks ago, when I had a severe sciatica, come upon me out of no where. The pain ran down both legs and it was excruciating.! . I have been having pain in my back, feet , neck , hands often in different places of my body for a while now. I've always felt that something might be off in my back! . West Coast came up highly rated so I came here immediately and got hooked up with Ken. From my first appointment through my fourth, I can tell you, I feel 100% better. Ken really knows what he's doing, he is truly gifted!!! Yes, he looks young and he is but he really knows his stuff! He was very thorough with his x-rays and listening to me in the beginning , to assessed exactly what was going to be needed. I can't tell you how impressed I am by this young man and how he's making such a big difference in the way, I feel in a very short amount of time. They always say that the gut causes a lot of problems in the body but I also believe now that the back can be associated with many problems as well. He has got me aligned pretty well in a very short time. I feel light on my feet and I can get up out of chairs, much easier and he's also been working on my hand where I have been having problems moving it due to degenerative changes. I do hair for a living and it has been increasing painful. All I can say is everything is feeling refreshed and new again! Positives: +Easy to set appointments +Friendly front desk and chiropractors +Dr. Boman is good at what he does; he can tell some possible issues just by looking at you and going through some simple physical movement tests. +You get the results you want +Open and Honest about test results and plan of action. Consider: -Having time to go 3x/week for first couple weeks, then 2x/week -Insurance; can get expensive. Price per session was $40 when I did it, but now raised to $45. Xrays $75. There is a special 10%-20% discount when they go through the plan. If you pay upfront, then the 20% discount. My experience: + I was very skeptical of the practice of chiropractic, hearing the debates and rumors of it being fake. But I decided I should try it out for myself and see if anything happens. + I had lower back/upper hip pain on my right side. After about 25ish sessions, I no longer have any pain there even after a year later. Overall, my body felt pain free. + Having stopped attending for about a year, I do feel some back pain at a different spot and feel it is misaligned. I usually don't write a review but this one kind of bugged me. First let me start off by saying that both of gentlemen that worked on me did a great job..my issue is not with them. Before i scheduled my first appointment, i asked if they wanted my Insurance card to see if i had coverage and they just said it be fine and they'd take it once i got there. Upon my first session...i got worked on and they collected the full fee 45.00 and not the normal 10.00. The person at the front said they'll check my insurance and if everything works out...it'll be a credit on my next visit. Next visit comes...i go back in and i ask them about the coverage...the girl in the front told me that it would be another 45.00 charge???? I asked her about my coverage and she said that they were out of network??? and I had to pay the 45.00 I was there...so i went in and finished my second session, i wasn't happy but nothing more i could do at the time. They wanted me to come back two more times but at that rate... it be 180.00 versus the 40.00 I would normally spend on 4 sessions. I wish they would of taken the time to just go over my coverage and give me options instead of just waiting until my second visit to tell me that they were "out of network." Disappointing. The Doctors seem great but he ladies at the front just didn't do their due diligence and i was charged the full amount for two visits. IF I was given the information ahead of time, then i would of felt better making the decision if i wanted to be seen or not but since they didn't verify my coverage until second visit...that takes the choice out of my hands.. I went in for a 1 hour massage and a 1 hour chiropractic adjustment. I ended up only getting the chiropractic adjustment, because they screwed up my appointment. He took X-rays and said I had compressed vertebrae and a spine curvature, then proceeded straight into the adjustment. No loosening up. They said I would be sore the day after, but after a few days the pain became worse to intolerable. This ended up landing me in emergency for sever pain in my mid back and numbness in my leg. I write this as I am sitting in the hospital and have learned that only an MRI can truly say if you have compression between your vertebrae not an X-ray. This chiropractor is selling snake oil and I will never go here or any other again. The chiropractor is supposed to help not harm. Talk about the worst first time experience ever, now I am unsure of the downtime and loss of finances I will have to endure. Not to mention the pain in my back. If I could give negative 50 stars it would not be sufficient for pain I am currently in. read more

The office is beautiful, however I do not feel the adjustment helped my back pain. Both doctors I worked with were very forceful with the pressure. My back is sensitive and I don't feel the doctors put enough attention into asking me about my condition. I explained my pain history (chronic low back pain from pinched nerves, neck subluxation, ongoing for 1 year) but was not asked any further questions.
