I still use the unit to this day (7 years later) for my lawn roller, leaf collector, dump cart, salt spreader, and a sulky. I walked in and told them the deal to be surprised with top notch customer service- not to mention a natural behind the scenes look at their whole process! Which is a well oiled machine! Huge set of resources with a magnitude of people for each job. I was impressed by retail floor / availability of crew for greeting and with the behind the scenes crew. Due to the extreme weather this winter due to ice and cement shifting the lift had to be re-adjusted ever so slightly. One phone call that same day brought Kevin and Kevin over to re-align the elevator and at NO charge. That was them standing behind the product. Months earlier due to ice build up on a switch they were here same day to help get it unfrozen and give me some guidance to avoid the same problem. Without question to have a business come ASAP is really remarkable in today's retail world. One other note is Kevin's approach is refreshing because he never tried to hard sell us on his product. My wheelchair needs to be lemon lawed before I end up getting hurt because of this wheelchair…read more Here's why: 1) I've had a lot of technical difficulties where my wheelchair errors and then just powers down, twice while I was crossing the street and was almost hit. Then there was a glitch where joystick out of center came up about 20 times when I was stopped and not touching it. It updated and powered off well I was using it. 2) The chair itself is unsafe the company has sent people out to fix it multiple times * because the side pieces that hold me up are constantly falling off * the right arm is going to fall off * the joystick had to be replaced * and more they don't believe in paperwork (showing there were repairs) so I couldn't lemon law my wheelchair. When I first got the chair the seat cover ripped right at the seams which is covered by warranty but my insurance still payed for a new one. Now I'm waiting on knew motors on a 1 year old chair. The batteries needed to be replaced at 6 months, and aren't working correctly now.

They scheduled pickup for the following day between 10am-2pm. I waited and called at 1:30 to confirm. They said I was on the schedule. They did not come. I called the following day... SAME experience. And again the following day! They finally came LATE on day 8 after my initial call. Yesterday I received a bill for another month of service because "I kept the equipment into July". They also still have my husband in their system as alive and using oxygen. I am angry with the horrible customer service, inept system and lack of sensitivity. They actually asked to speak to my husband for permission to discuss the account. I hope there are other options for families needing this equipment for their loved ones.
