When I showed him his mistake he refused to believe he screwed it up even though I showed him it wouldn't work in the car. My custom made leather was ruined from his trimming, stapling and gluing. That cost me close to $200.00. No apologies or admitting he did wrong. Only gave me the $40 back for installation after I threw a fit. I would never recommend this company for this type of work.
