The service was good and the place was clean. The food on the other hand was not good . I ordered the classic chicken sandwich combo and my wife ordered the Asiago chicken sandwich. Drive thru only, no inside dining. No sign letting you know. Poor, slow service, almost like they want you to go away (the workers didn't acknowledge us and avoided eye contact). Orders are not complete (ours and the guys ahead of us; we were admitted to the inside to rectify our order). Seemed out of stock on supplies (lemonade, salad fixings were shorted). Their time is measured from when they take the order till they get the customer gone, then their time looks good at corporate. So you get to sit in line, like I did for fifteen minutes. Nuts to that. I love Wendy's, but this is a horribly run location. The management is not doing a good job at all. They are always out of something. The service is very slow. The orders are usually wrong. Today was the last straw. Apparently, the employees have taken it upon themselves to just close the front counter and dining room. They will only take orders from the drive-thru. Ok what 5 stars for a fast food joint? Let me start by saying I have had horrible experiences with fast food since moving to the south besides canes and Popeyes. Every single McDonald's I have been too has been a nightmare. This Wendy's has just recently been remodeled, and it's really nice. They even have one of those coke soda machines where you can make different flavor combinations. If I'm in the mood for something quick I always head here. I only have had great customer service the women who work here are really nice and friendly. They're quick too even if the line is wrapped around. Keep it up ! read more

Went there today and I have to say they were professional because my order was extremely confusing. I was ordering for kids and you know how kids are always like I only want the Son of a Baconator with only the cheese, patty, and bacon. The other kid wanted his Son of a Bacon Nader with no mayonnaise. Then the other kid couldn't choose between the chocolate or birthday cake Frosty. Recently renovated, it looks nice. But I rarely come here because its so busy. Today they weren't using the first drive thru window so It took longer. I guess 30 mins isn't that long but on a lunch break it is because you still have to make it back to work and eat. It doesn't help when they give you someone else's order! I was given someones pickle mustard spicy chicken. I hate both of those toppings unfortunately. read more

Always out of salad somehow, do not sell fruit anymore, don't give receipts, makes you pull up every single time, never opens on time, claims they can't give change back if you pay with cash. If you call corporate, they tell you the manager will call and the manager never calls. It's honestly a non functioning restaurant to say the least. read more

I am only giving one star because the young lady in the window was a sweet heart. My husband and I ordered two of the new bourbon sandwich combos. Not only were the sandwiches and the French fries cold, the restaurant did not have receipts. I was asked if I wanted the charge to be taken with my cellphone. Where to begin. First apparently the staff had family at the restaurant. Running around and being loud. It took about 10 minutes to order and then 20+ to get the food. First the order was correct. Which was good. Next the fry cook apparently doesn't know how to cook. All the fries were either over cooked to burnt or frozen. How do you burn fries and serve frozen ones as well. Twice I pulled up to the drive through... no one in front of me, and I sat there for 4-5 minutes without ever being acknowledged. First time was about 10 pm. on a Thursday. Second time was 8:00 pm on a Sunday. Second time I noticed there were no customers inside. Both times I pulled up to the window, I glanced over and saw the employees gabbing and laughing with each other. These incidents both happened within a week of each other. Both times I just left the place and went elsewhere. I go to Wendys.com and read about "Our People" and what they represent and I think "Seriously! For real?" That mission statement is not reflected in any way at this store. You get the impression that the employees just show up to get their paycheck. My best experience at Wendy's by far. I was in there ordering a few combos and all they had come out except one of them because they had to make a new batch of fries. Once the batch was finished, they apologized for the wait by replacing all of the fries in the bags with fresh, hot fries. Service and cleanliness deserves 5 stars! I felt like an Ethiopian child while at this Wendy's. I stood in line for approximately 16 minutes, starving behind 4 women. They ordered very small and basic meals like most basic women do today... while I was covered by a swarm of insects. I finally placed my order and after an additional 12 minutes I was brought my burger, fries and drink. Although I wanted to sit and enjoy my meal it seemed the gnarling swarm of insects had intensified to the dimensions of a small tropical rain forest so I immediately left. I give this Wendy's a flat out 0 stars!! Like the gentleman before me after 5 consecutive times of going through the drive-thru my orders were wrong every time. No one answers for a couple minutes when you pull up and the customer service is awful. They don't talk to you or greet you much less even look at you. Each time I've had to take time out of my lunch hour to go inside and get my order corrected. Management doesn't even care. They look at me like it's my fault they got the order wrong and they even rang it up correctly and still got it wrong. My job is based on customer service and I'd be fired if I have terrible customer service like they do. read more
