I love my coffee from PJs but have come to question their business practices. They send a form feedback letter. I tell them my app is faulty (Ive reloaded multiple times) and I cannot get my 200+ credits. They send me a form letter basically saying "sorry...better luck next time." I doubt it was even read. I will return less frequently. Just don't tout a reward program that no longer functions. I used to be told when I had credits. That now is controlled by computers and apps that are faulty. Your product is great. Just back it up with a tad more integrity. read more

I WAS an avid Starbucks fan. I visited Texas for Christmas in 2024 and one of my father's clients is PJ's Coffee, so I tried it and loved it. Now let's fast forward to present day. PJ's in Zachary is probably one of the cleanest coffee shops I have ever seen. The service is amazing, always smiling and laughing, and even willing to make a drink from scratch (which is something I always enjoy) or even a surprise drink! I get not everyone likes surprises and usually knows what they want walking in but I definitely don't. I more so enjoy the seasonal offerings vs any other normal coffee. I absolutely love PJ's Coffee. My husband LOVES the Frozen Hot Chocolate. I love any seasonal offerings. As of now they have this Banana's foster drink and it's VERY tasty. We also usually get food with out order and I absolutely love the croissants and my husband always gets the biscuits. PJ's has such a lovely atmosphere and I definitely recommend everyone just go grab a drink and sit and relax. read more

I placed an order for a cappuccino and I'm the only one in the store. I don't always feel compelled to tip if the server doesn't do anything spectacular. However, upon completing my order another lady comes in and there's an exchange of giggles and she's also asked if she has a number on file... none of which happened for me. She places her order after me and receives her order before me. Nonetheless I watch the individual sit my cup aside to expedite her order. I work from this location often and I must admit the ladies are more pleasant. Unfortunately, I don't have the time or energy to address biological gents. I went through the drive thru. I remember going to PJ's on Poydras when I was younger, it brought back memories so I just had to stop. The wait wasn't too long. I got beignets and the peach Palmer. The beignets were hot, fresh and soft with just the right amount of sugar. The peach Palmer was really good and paired well with the beignets. It really put a smile on my face and I'll definitely be back. I see more locations are coming so that's exciting. read more

The first coffee chain to come to Zachary! I'll be forever grateful! But if you are used to Starbucks, this is quite different. In some ways thats a good thing! I really enjoy their special drinks that they make. Right now its cider latte, bananas foster cold brew, and pumpkin adffogato! Its just fun to try something new every time. Personally I didn't like the bananas foster hot, the flavors come to out more if you stick to cold. The iced cider latte was good. You mostly taste it as an after taste. Their drive through is pretty quick but its a little unwieldy to sign paper receipts on a clipboard. I wish they'd just run it as credit like everywhere else. I have actually never been inside yet but the staff is always friendly and helpful in my experience. They have outdoor seating as well. A little stop of a classic New Orleans coffee shop in our town. This place is convenient for me on my way to work and the selection is perfect. I try to always try the new flavors but my favorite is the green tea velvet ice. Not too sweet and great on a hot summer day! Just happened to be in the area and was looking for some respite from the late afternoon summer heat. Came across this PJ's location. They've only been open for 3.5 months!! Not here to debate the coffee, I'm more apt to order a fruity iced tea or frou frou frozen concoction. I love the layout of this space. Definitely had some attention to interior detail paid here. This coffee shop is decorated so nicely inside. Give me a book or magazine, music and a caramel granita...you'll think you've died and gone to heaven. The atmosphere is so pleasant. I've never had a negative encounter with the staff before but they could be a little more friendly and smile sometimes instead of just looking at you when you walk up to the counter but everything else is just fine. read more
