I ordered a small pop a small chili and a spicy chicken sandwich. Saturday night the food took 15 minutes the chili was hot and spicy chicken sandwich was cold. I asked for a refund for the chicken sandwich didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for one to be made. I was told they're not allowed to give refunds they need to remake the sandwich I insisted on the refund. Which she did even though she's not supposed to the sandwich is $5.99 she gave me six dollars back and walked away for me as I asked wasn't there tax charged on that. Very poor service and way too much attitude from the manager she needs a lesson in customer service that wasn't it. Up in till now I've been very satisfied with any visits I've made to Wendy's. I will never visit this location again I may rethink visits to other ones. read more

Grab a quick biggie bag because I knew it was quick n easy and she didn't tell me the price so I know worse comes to worse. It's around 12 cause I donated $1 for the cookies and upgraded fry so I handed her 15. She literally took five off the top threw it on top of the counter and then threw my ten back in the drawer and you only gave me $1.30 back. That dollar $.30 is again already the wrong change cause it should've been only fucking $8/9 something, So I literally got to the gas station corner realized it turned back around went inside and she said I only gave her 10 this and that and I told her I had three fives and you threw the one right on top of the counter and called her right out and then all of a sudden she turns to walk away from me and then turns around here's five here's five dollars in my own money, here you go like it ain't your money It's my money that you stole you. Went thru the drive thru, ordered baconator combo with unsweetened iced tea. I got home and ready to munch but to my surprise when I opened my order, thought I got a basic hamburger with 2 patties. I have to open it and look for the bacon. It was not even close from the photo they were advertising. Seriously? is this how they make the sandwich now? Oh how the mighty have fallen. My rare visit to my favorite fast foot establishment was a bust. Spent $28 for two people. Half my burger was burnt to a crisp and the other half was so undercooked the cheese wasn't melted. Came with a nice end of a lettuce head. My chicken sandwich was chewy and inedible. I wouldn't typically write a review for a fast food chain but after contacting "corporate", and no response after almost two weeks, I have no choice. This location is absolute garbage. They've screwed up so many orders, a taco salad without the chili, chips, & usual accoutrements. Chicken nuggets without sauce, not a huge deal. But the latest, my goodness. I ordered a cheeseburger deluxe. The cheeseburger lacked the burger, and 1/2 of the bun. I included a photo. How do you screw up a cheeseburger at a "fresh, never frozen", burger place?! The woman who took my order at the drive-through and cashed me out was very nice. That's about the only good thing I can say about this location. It looks really shabby as you pull up. I should've turned around at that point. I got my usual order, apple pecan salad. As soon as I opened it, I smelled that smell lettuce gets when it's starting to go bad. I had to throw out several pieces of lettuce because they were brown. There were a lot more stems than leaves, and several pieces of chicken were dry and hard. I get this salad weekly from the location on McKinley Pkwy in S Bflo and sometimes the one on Orchard Park Rd and I've never had this problem. They're always fresh and delicious. l went to the location for dinner for myself and my family. I ordered 2 baconator fries, 1 big bacon cheddar burger, 1 single bacon classic, 1 junior bacon cheeseburger. When I arrived home, I realized I didn't have my junior bacon cheeseburger. Although annoyed I drove 10 minutes back to the location. When I pulled up I told the woman she forgot my food. She asked if I had the bag, I didn't because my 9-year-old had to eat and get to bed but I did have the receipt. She said Well you need the bag. I reiterated the situation and she said we will remake the JRBC. I get to the window and she said next time you have to call and shoved a bag with the burger in my face. I said "you know, you should really treat customers better when you make a mistake. She said "you need to call nextime" waved her hand at me a shut the window. I've owned a business for 10 years. My daughter was en route home with some lovely flower pots from Someday Maybe Farms.I suggested that she stop at Wendy's to pick up some food for the grand kids and salads/spuds for me/her. Food arrived. Not a complete meal among the batch. Here is the sad line up. To start - no utensils or napkins. With the two kids meals - chicken nuggets with barbeque sauce - no sauce and no toys. Two taco salads. Salad. No taco chips/nachos. Baked potato. Well, that's just what I got. No fake butter spread or reduced fat sour cream. Tried calling the location. No answer. Contacted corporate. I just came from the Ridge Road location. Ordered the pretzel chicken jalapeño sandwich. Paid. Picked it up and said 'chicken sandwich, right" and she said "yes". Got home and what did the bag contain? A kiddy meal with a cheese burger, chicken nuggets, BBQ sauce and fries! There is nothing worse than getting the wrong order. Ok, I'm glad you updated your building, but now the food service is not what it was ever since. We went there and ordered some kids meals. One of the burgers had cheese even though we never said we wanted it. My husband went back with the food and they still almost gave us all burgers with cheese on them again.
