The food was cold and nasty. And the service sucked. They charged me for a drink and didn't even give me the drink and half of my order was missing. read more

Well, the last time i went to this location is took almost 25 minutes to get a chilli and fries so i stopped going, on the 18th i swung by for lunch a large chilli with cheese and onions with a 6 piece spicy nugget large fry and diet coke, well the lady gave me a free frosty (probably because it didn't get given to the person who ordered it) got to work and no french fries in the bag, i will NEVER BE BACK to this location. i can suggest less chit chat and more focus read more

This is the worst service I have gotten at a Wendy's location in my life. I have been to many Wendy's in many cities and states in the US. I have gotten bad service so that's why I only order using the mobile app. I placed a drive thru order at this location per usual. I have never been to this location but I assume all Wendy's should be standardized since it's a chain. I arrived and the manager met me with extreme rudeness. She said I didn't have an order in drive thru and there was no was she could do anything about at the drive thru. I'd have to come in. I showed her my app and told her it was drive thru. She shrugged me off and made me come in. I went in and there also was no food ready. So of course I had to talk to front counter staff none of them had any idea of what they were doing. Someone even asked me what size cups to use(they were listed on the receipt I presented). So here is my order that's "not for drive thru" All lobby drinks were out too. Machine isn't hooked up to anything but regular coke. read more

Extremely kind staff! They were out of potato's so they let me sub out the side and were super helpful! Very yummy.

Their fries were salty and tasty, really fast service and they got our order correct when we changed a lot of things!

To the lady who messed up my order just now, let me bite into nasty pickles and argued with me that the spicy chicken sandwich comes with pickles. You're making this wrong! Please learn the menu! read more

This review is for the drive-thru service only at this location. I haven't had Wendy's in a long time and I was oddly craving a frosty so I swung by this location and got some drive-thru. The wait was..odd. When I pulled in line there were probably five cars in front of me. Once I got in line we all just sat there..for at least five minutes. A car or two got impatient and left the line. I stuck it out. Once they started taking orders again the line went by super fast. So five minutes just sitting there and then probably another three minutes and I had my food..it was..odd. Having not eaten Wendy's in a while I did take note of a couple things. To sum it up basically prices have gone up, and serving sizes have shrunk. I ordered a classic double regular sized with fries, a diet coke, and a regular sized frosty. The hamburger itself is the only thing that seemed to be the same size. The fries were..very tiny..the drink was waaay smaller than I remember..and the regular sized frosty was almost comically small. Seriously..I would compared the size to a slightly over sized shot glass. And it was close to $10 for all that..hardly a value meal anymore. The food was about as good as I remember it being. The beef they use is probably my favorite of all fast food hamburger joints. It's just tasty..don't even want to think about whatever artificial seasonings they use to make it that way. The fries were a bit soggy but not bad. The diet coke was completely flat and undrinkable. The frosty really did hit the spot..but thank goodness I wasn't more hungry with how small it was. Overall, I mean, yeah I'd eat here again. Why not..Wendy's is decent fast food..not the best or worst. It'd be nice if they gave you more food with the prices going up..but..what can you do? read more

we ordered through Uber eats. 1/2 our order was missing. we called Wendy's at 10:45 several times before we got an answer and the guy who answered the phone said they where closed. yet the Uber eats guy went there to get the rest of our order. it says on the web open till 11:30pm it was an argument with them to get the rest of our order. We finally got the rest of our order our chicken burger and hamburger was put together so poorly so much mayo & ketchup that it was leaking out the wrapper no bacon which we paid an up charge for. So disgusting And rude to deal with. Do not go to this Wendy's. Big thanks to the Uber Eats driver Mohamed 5 stars for you mohamed read more

Terrible Attitude, I try to avoid this place at all costs but I ended up eating everything around the area so I thought it would maybe be different this time...NOPE this is the 5th time I've gone to this location and it's the 5th time that I have been treated disrespectfully. I understand these workers make minimum wage and don't want to be at work but being respectful costs nothing. They were out of sprite when they asked me what I wanted to drink with my combo meal and the entire time the manager was being super passive aggressive. When I pulled up to the window, the manager was taking my payment and she was yelling in the back and then proceeded to take her frist out on me. She finally gave my card back after 2 minutes and paused her speech then finally gave me my card and said "have a nice day" in a very sarcastic manner. long story short don't go to this location!! If there is 100 bad reviews for the same reason something needs to change! read more

Too bad I can't give a half a star. Cold fries. Dry hamburger. 'We don't have crackers.' Not even for chili? Overall, it seems like Wendy's has given up the fight. This one just seems really ready to be off work. read more

Awful attitude, she woke up and chose to be angry. RUDE without cause. Plus, out of lemonade, frostys etc...all at midday. Zero stars.

Pathetically slow service. Sat parked in the drive thru for 15 minutes while they made my order... one jr bacon cheeseburger No staff. Avoid at all cost. read more

The was slow service, take about 5-8mins to get a drink to the cars. The fries were cold. We ask for receipt and never got one.

Well I wish I had read the reviews before buying here. Left Ikea around 8:30 pm and ordered two kids meals through the drive-thru. Service was odd.. cook came around and peeked at us..what is that about? Well now I wonder what I did wrong to not impress him.. food was cold and smelled odd. I wouldn't let my daughter eat hers... who wants cold fries? And then I go to take a sip of my soda and it's not even right... before getting everything I asked him if they had been busy... "nope, one of our slower times"... I guess that explains the cold food.. I saw them pour the frosty so it's the ONLY thing I trusted from this horrible experience.... 8$ frosty. skip this Wendy's!!!! I'm laughing because even the milk he passed me for my kid was wrong... were they all on drugs read more

Crappy Wendy's, don't bother going here. Terrible service, food takes forever. Ignorant workers, place is a mess, bathrooms are nasty should, be shut down. read more

Slowest drive through ever. Lost 20 minutes of my 30 minute break sitting in the drive thru. Fast food? Not currently. Oh wait, it gets better, my order was wrong too. Just shut this one down. Took many times I've had issues here with speed and/or accuracy. Time to pack it in. read more

Today I went to Wendy's drive-through near my office. The drive-through line was completely empty and there were no cars in the parking lot other than three employee cars. I pulled up to the window and the screen was blank I'm saying hello hello hello. Finally a woman's voice comes on and says I'll be with you in a minute. Seriously?? I'm literally your only customer. I drove off. This is not the first bad experience at this Wendy's. Stay away! read more

Absolutely horrible. I stopped here on my way to working a 3rd shift to get my lunch for later. I ordered on the app. I didn't realize they forgot my frosty until I was at work but once there I was too busy to call them about the situation. But I thought not big deal I'll call later and get a credit. Well when I called I got ahold of the best customer service representative ever born. This lady was so extremely rude and told me to either "come and get now or nothing can be done about it." I explained that I just want a credit because I'm at work and unable to leave to pick up the missing item. She then tells me well you should have said something while you were here. NO B!+€h you should have done your job correctly to begin with. I am calling corporate in the morning when they open. Not that it does any good. I for one am so happy that these worthless people like her all got these huge raises that they passed on to the customer by changing $15 to $20 or a meal. You would think that they would be a little better than this. I will not ever go back to that location again. If I called with an attitude or started harassing her I could understand her attitude. But I actually spoke softly and tried to explain to her my situation. My bet is that one day she will get mouth popped read more

no stars if I could. got here at 11:30 pm as I am working a second shift they close a 12:00 am according to wendys website and was told they are already closed. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would do it. I've been here three times in the past 6 months, each time I wasn't even able to order any food, dining room always closed, most the time no one even answers you at the drive thru, went there today and the lady said they were out of food and it would be about ten minutes before they could take our order??? Whoever owns this location clearly doesn't care at all about the business. Really hope this place shuts down soon so another restaurant can take the prime real estate. read more

It's Wendy's. Pretty consistent, no matter where you go. Would I go back? Yeah. I will likely go back. Again, it's Wendy's. read more

They are absolutely horrible at this location! They have the inside closed because they have "no staff" and You will literally sit at the drive-through for 45 minutes before you will get your food! Awful place. Saturday night and no frosties, no cookies, no smoothies! What the heck????

BE WARNED: The drive through worker decided to use our credit card for a Groupon purchase when we came through. Never coming back.

This drive through is consistently the absolutely slowest drive through ever. Can you please improve your speed? The people are very pleasant and nice, so I think it's a process issue. Please fix! read more

WORST SERVICE EVER! The older lady with the white hair working a later shift around 10:30PM on 01/30/16 needs to find a new profession! She was extremely rude at the drive through for absolutely no reason.. I stated we didn't receive our sauce that we requested and she had a problem with that. NEVER will I return to that Wendy's. I didn't realize until today that I was short changed at Wendy's on Muhlhauser yesterday late afternoon (Feb 7th, 2018). I should have realized something was up the way the guy was acting - overly friendly and over the top polite. I drove away thinking he was just being very friendly, but now I realize he knew he shortchanged me. Gave me change for a $10 when I gave him a $20. I will never ever return to that Wendy's and will make sure people in our neighborhood are advised to count their change before they leave the window. read more
