Came here for breakfast on a work trip. The food matched the reviews. Had the sausage egg croissant with has browns and an ice coffee. The sandwich was warm, hash browns were very cold. The mocha coffee tasted good, no issues there. Personal helping me was friendly at the drive-thru. Maybe ask for fresh hash browns. read more

Burger King Store # 13031...6031 Mulhauser Rd., West Chester, OH 45069 At the drivethru order board, I ordered the #1 combo meal (sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich with a small hashbrown and coffee) large (saying large upsizes the hashbrown to a large size) with orange juice to drink (this replaces the coffee with a bottle of orange juice), and 2 breakfast burrito juniors, sandwich only. The order taker entered everything correctly which showed on the menu board, and told me the amount and to pull forward. I was the only person at the store at this time (6:50AM). The order taker took my cash, returned my change and then got my bottle of orange juice. Moments later, he returned and gave me my bag of food. MY MISTAKE, I DID NOT CHECK THE CONTENTS OF THE BAG. When I got to work...no hashbrowns in the bag. This store is not dependable enough to check your order and get it right. (and I admit, I have to learn to check the bag before driving off). This restaurant has failed me twice in the past 4 months. Previously they gave me a BACON, egg and cheese croissant instead of sausage. read more

Foods ok. Sometimes it's just warm, not hot. But it's so slow.... Like I'll sit at the drive thru speaker for 3 mins at least before being greeted. So if you have time to wait, then it's fine. Not great but decent. read more

Normallly when I'm near IKEA, I eat at IKEA and so, I've never eaten at this Burger King. I got another Iced coffee because of an oncoming migraine headache. What seems strange is that after I said that I wanted a Medium Mocha Iced Coffee, she asked if I wanted Vanilla, Caramel, or Regular. They don't have Mocha now or just at this location? When she rang it up, it only came to $1.68, I believe, and that's way cheaper than other BK stores. Oh, and I tried the rest room, and the waste basket was full but the paper towel dispenser was empty when I got the last couple of slivers of paper toweling. Equally, the scene behind the counter was a mess, as if the shift manager had gone and left the inmates in charge of the asylum. The iced coffee was fine, though. read more

I ordered extra lettuce and when I started to eat this burger, it was great! Maybe because I ordered a modifier the burger was fresher or something but it was great! I came here for a quick breakfast before an early matinee movie right before the breakfast change over. The service was okay. The staff completed their job, but they didn't seem very happy. No one was smiling. No one said thank you or have a good day. This didn't bother me as much. I ordered French toast sticks and hash browns. I was afraid that I would get left overs due to the upcoming change to lunch (I arrived less than ten minutes before the switch) - and I didn't! Food was surprisingly hot, fresh, and delicious. The customer service with regard to how my order is taken, and interaction at the window is usually fine. I've visited a number of times, mostly for breakfast. I've noticed that the main entree breakfast sandwiches can vary in quality vastly. Today, I actually ordered for two which included two breakfast combos. One sandwich and hash brown was hot while the other cold and seemed to have sat too long. What a bummer. The sweet tea was good through. read more

Came to the drive thru on Sunday 11/8 at 4:15pm no one in front of me. Ordered an Original Chicken sandwich and cherry slushee (of course the machine is broke.....again). 20min later I got my food, got home and my Crispy chicken sandwich (not even what I ordered) was RAW. read more

This Burger King should fire everyone in there and start over. And please dont hire from the apartment complex down the road. They got the car in front of mine's order wrong. Then, I pulled up and they got mine wrong. One of the workers was acting like he was shooting free throws while standing in the drive through window. I would not expect this type of behavior from a restaurant in West Chester. More like Westwood! read more

Every single time I go here while on break at work (around 8) their shake machine is always "broke" but how come someone I know got a shake just the other day at an earlier time? I have a feeling their just too LAZY and turn the shake machine off after a certain time! Also the employees are way too slow. We can be the only ones in line and it will still take 10 min. AT LEAST to get our damn food! Not to mention ever since they got a new drive thru it never works so they tell you to drive up to the 2nd window to order! I will not be coming here again! read more

"Have it your way" . . .Unless Abdul states otherwise; this apparently is the new slogan at a local Burger King located at West Chester 6031 Muhlauser Rd.I drove to this place of business today because they have a sandwich I quite enjoy named Carolina BBQ TENDER-CRISP. Everything was going just fine up until the point i got to the second window where the star of the show Abdul appeared he twisted his hat and joked with the cook in the back asking him "have you got those 2 Carolina's ready honey child" we at first enjoyed the show while waiting for our food then he informed us "we don't have the sauce that goes on the sandwich girl" Now of course without the sauce it's just a Regular Chicken sandwich and if we wanted that we would have ordered that at the beginning. ---------- So we informed him that if it's Alright we'd just like our money back because the sauce is what makes the sandwich tasty. THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE, something inside of Abdul snapped that moment he looked at us with passion in his eyes took his Burger King hat & Headset and tossed it to the floor and stormed off leaving me in my passenger in complete shock. The biggest insult was that he also didn't give us our money back which really upset me; That's when the manager named Tasha or Trisha I can't recall at the moment came over and said "Wait, What happen now" We explained how we ordered the sandwich but after we got to the window they told us they didn't have the correct condiments so we asked for a refund and Abdul stormed off to an unknown location; thankfully the manager refunded us in told us the name of our cashier. I don't know what came over him, or who got him that angry but it's never right to take it out on the customer his behavior was not professional and I feel uncomfortable going to that location knowing that he works there. read more

Super slow NEVER go there during your 30 MINUTE lunch!!!! I couldn't even eat today because I had to pull off eom the drive thru

My sister and I went threw the drive thru for breakfast. We had to repeat our order 3-4 times and then we still had to have them correct it at the window. Our breakfast sandwiches were so cold that the cheese didn't even melt so they had apparently not even bothered to heat the egg or croissant. We had to ask for syrup for my French toast sticks but I did get 9 packs of ketchup. read more

Ordered a breakfast burrito without cheese and when I received it, it had cheese and instead of a normally wrapped burrito, it looked like they "wrapped" it by wadding it up with the paper wrapper as well just like you would crumble some paper to throw in the trash. They replaced it, but the fact I had to take time away driving back to do so was a waste and they had me pull around the front while they made it. There was NO on in line in the drive thru or inside since I could see from where I parked. No reason for them to be slow or needing to rush making it the way they did. I recommend avoiding this location. read more

I thought the Burger King by my home was bad, but this was easily my worst fast food experience to date. The workers appear to move in slow motion. The man who took our order was also on the cell phone with someone else from Burger King ordering for the next day. He seemed sincere but everything was so disorganized. There were fries and chicken nuggets all over the floor and I have included a photo of the counter where you pick up straws, etc. The floor was incredibly sticky. I admit the only reason we stopped is that I had to use the bathroom and I didn't feel confident that I could make it to IKEA, our intended destination. TMI, perhaps. Anyway, since we were there we decided to eat lunch since I haven't had a whopper in over a year. First off, bathroom was clean, but the syrup in the Coca-Cola was too low so it tasted water-downed. :( And then the kids both ordered whopper juniors with cheese, but after they took a couple of bites, BK forgot the cheese! The guy who took our order asked if things were okay and I told him about the cheese but the wife told him that it was okay. Afterwards, I showed the wife the receipt and told her it wasn't okay since I paid 38 cents extra for that cheese. Okay, so I'm cheap, but it's the principle of the thing. read more
