We go to Chipotle all the day at various locations because it's my son's favorite. We hit up this location while visiting Cincinnati. The portions were really good for a Chipotle. Both my wife's tacos and son's bowl were packed with meat. Everything was really good. read more

Great chipotle restaurant! Super kind staff and delicious food! I ordered a pick up through the mobile app and it was ready as soon as I got there! The dining room was clean and there were lots of options. Parking was easy and the area seemed really nice! Super happy with my experience and will be back! read more

Did not have steak available with no guess on when a batch would be ready. The portions were good which is the only saving grace of this place. There were no napkins available and the restrooms were severely under stocked. Just seemed like the people working didn't care. read more

Bring back the old crew bc it looked like all ne employees and my husband and I both got the sloppiest tacos/ burritos in our entire chipotle careers here today. Both of us ended up eating them like bowls bc they were falling apart and way too sloppy. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - This is a taco or supposed to be - Mexican Near Me - West Chester, Ohio

OMG at least give a shit! Place was not clean, and it was COLD in there. The food slopped in the bowl. Chipotle used to be good food but all I got was a bowl of rice with two bites of meat. 2 bowls with barbacoa 30.00 plus dollars. Whoever owns this franchise really needs to care more about your establishment after all we are the customers. read more

Despicably ghetto. I hate to say it but wow! Never have anything in stock, the employees are telling you what you can and can't have. Crushed lids, dirty counters, a bunch of teenagers hanging around just charging their phones... a true nightmare!!! read more

Mobile orders frequently 20-30+ minutes behind committed time despite plenty of staff at restaurant. Traditional line cycles through 5+ times before mobile orders are delivered. It is mind boggling that this happens so routinely and the management at this location does not reallocate resources when this happens to address it. Currently there are about 15 people waiting in the restaurant with orders more than 20 minutes behind and this is far from the first time it's been like this. When I ask staff if I can just go through the line and build the order I already put in the mobile order they say no, even if I offer to wait in the line. When asked they told people they were 20 minutes behind despite having multiple people immediately chime in that their orders were more than 30 minutes late. read more

How about just don't go to the Tri county chipotle. They are usually out of ingredients by 6PM at some point that's just bad management. The store is not clean either. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - a counter with a variety of food items - Mexican Near Me - West Chester, Ohio

They are always out of something, especially at any point after 6PM. If you are looking for a Chipotle that will have all of your ingredients at the same time, never come here. read more

This is hands down the worst chipotle I've visited. Every time I come to this location, they are out of almost everything, they turn people away when closing time isn't for another 30 minutes or longer, or they are so slow you spend over 30 minutes waiting for your food. I submitted an online order through the app at 7:20 and was told it would be ready by 7:40. At 8:15 they still hadn't started the order, so my husband left the store and we asked for a refund through the app. The customer whose order was ahead of ours waited 45 minutes before he got his food. I understand short staffing is an issue, but this location always has problems regardless of staffing. I have no clue why this location has so many issues, but since there is another chipotle around 10 minutes away in Voice of America center, I will be driving out of the way to go there instead. read more

We topically really like Chipotle but this one rubbed me the wrong way. My daughter has severe food allergies which is what makes Chipotle a great restaurant for us usually. The ability to watch them put ingredients in a bowl and keep everything separate is so important to us. We have eaten at many locations and usually have great service. However, it appeared that most of the employees here were either new or not interested in helping the new employees. Additionally, they charged us the same price of a regular bowl for a kids meal because we asked for extra rice. I would have been happy to pay for a side of rice which would not have equated to the extra $4 charged, but that option was not provided to us. At the time it was more important for us to eat than have an argument. I just felt really disappointed for our family as well as the poor employees trying their best without help from their manager. The other Chipotle's usually let us have extra rice for the same price but, this one didn't. We're happy to pay whatever is necessary, but the rudeness about it was what rubbed me the wrong way. read more

HORRIBLE!!! I spent $26 on a bowl and some queso. I get home about 7 minutes later and the chicken was ICE COLD. I called and talked to a woman, who wouldn't provide her name, and said the temp now is 180 degrees. but it's an hour later when I called. She wanted me to drive back to have it remade. I've worked a 12 hour day and am home wanting to enjoy dinner. I'm not going back out. She called me a liar and actually said "fu** you" to me when I said that I should be given a credit order because of my issues. When I was there, the blonde girl was complaining that they had no help today, they were out of a ton of things that people get a lot. She said it's because they had staff issues today because of the snow and they couldn't make all of the food and said they were told not to. I didn't expect my chicken to be ICE COLD when I got home to eat it. And now I'm just out $26 ??? What kind of business operates this way??? I am in the customer service world and I credit hundreds, and sometimes a lot more, if a customer has an issue. I NEVER make excuses and I would never think of cussing someone out if they had a bad experience. That's just ridiculous. This place is just horrible. They basically STOLE from me and said, "fu** you" we don't care. What kind of service is this??? I will be calling corporate Monday morning. I think it was the older woman working the register that answered the phone but I could be wrong. They were also out of forks and napkins as well. it's like they just didn't care. What can be done??? read more

How you out a rice again? some nice worker said it would be just couple minites. saw em go to a office and tell the guy in there they need rice but the guy just kept sitting in the office on his phone and he didn't didn't do nothing didn't care an kept staring at his phone. i up and left after waitin a while and no rice or nothing read more

Terrible location and that's an understatement, considering that it's the same awful experience time over time. This place either needs a more strict selection in management or staff across the board. The food is never fresh, which is sad when other locations are always great! The place is almost always empty but you're bond to wait, not sure if its lazy staff or not enough! read more

I got food poisoning from this chipotle. Was telling a family friend about it and turns out she got it too! Would not eat here!

Terrible location! It never fails every time I go They never have anything...no fajita, no sour cream, no lettuce, no vinaigrette....and RUDE employees!! read more

Poorly managed. Second visit in the last 4 days and they're out of the same exact things, fajita veggies smh. Was told by staff that running out is the norm by evening hours and was advised to visit earlier in the day if I wanted veggies. Definitely done patronizing this place! read more

no crowd in the restaurant or line to order and the dine in area was disgusting. tables were covered with food, food didn't taste like a standard chipotle, and workers were less than friendly. I now know why they were dead! read more

For how busy this place was during lunch hour, they were doing fantastic! All the employees were wearing masks and they had placed stickers on the ground to have patrons socially distance. I had no problem with my steak bowl. I asked for extra rice and they obliged with no additional charge. I have been other places previously where they have been more generous with their servings, but it's completely reasonable that they would want to give an average portion especially when they were so busy and likely having to constantly replace. Definitely will go again. read more

Why say you're open till 10 pm when you guys turn people away at 9:30 saying "we're closed"

Rude employees. The woman helping me looked annoyed to help me. I needed a vegan bowl and I wasn't difficult about it, I already knew what I wanted. I asked for Sofritas and she started to put pork on my bowl, which I quickly stopped her. She put about 5 black beans on my bowl. They did not have guacamole out, so I asked if they had any ready. She didn't answer me. When I got to the register to pay, I asked if they had any guacamole. She said "I'm going to have to get a manager to help you further". I didn't see myself as being an issue. I politely paid and dined in. All the other customers coming in, these same employees were outgoing and joking with them. Not sure what I did to deserve that service. This is the reason I've been avoiding fast food in general. The people serving my food don't really care, so what am I really putting in my body....what a waste. read more

Do NOT make mobile orders at this chipotle. Got 25% of the usual quantity of ingredients. I'm really curious how they managed to only get 4 black beans in the taco pictured. I actually put one taco into the other and it was still smaller than it should be. The kids meal was also well below what we have ever seen. I'm sure in person they wouldn't rip you off but it's fair game when they don't have to be accountable with mobile orders. read more

Just when I thought I could find a better chipotle than the Finneytown location, I was proven wrong. I have been let down so many times going to the Finneytown location I finally stopped going because they are ALWAYS out of everything and the restaurant is ALWAYS dirty. I decided to make the 20 min drive to the West Chester location. Should have checked the reviews before going, but I thought surely they couldn't be worse than Finneytown(avg 2.5 stars). Well, the West Chester location said you think Finneytown is bad 'hold my beer' and told me they are out of lettuce, quac, white rice, and queso. The interior was dirty etc... just like Finneytown. After checking the reviews after I left they only avg 2 starts. No surprise. The reviews are the same over and over. Out of food, poor service and messy. What is the most comical is the replies to the reviews that date back YEARS! The typical canned 'Your is review concerning. Please let us know more at some corp link. ' Sure.. I can take more time leaving the same feedback on another site. If the reviews were so concerning, then surely after years go by you can make improvements. Apparently this whole chain is going down hill even further than when they had the e-coli issues(Twice). Needless to say, I'm done with all chipotle locations. read more

Food was good and I understand it gets busy but the workers did not care for the customer what so ever. I asked for some more rice on my bowl and this guy didn't even put enough rice to feed an ant colony. Also the guy in front of me repeatedly asked for chicken and the workers ignored him repeatedly. I would recommend hitting up a different chipotle especially if you want a bigger bowl read more

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to, and I've been to countless I've been to this location several times and the dudes working the front are dismal. The energy in this store is so dead and makes you feel like you're in a morgue. I came in yesterday at 9:30 and the 2 dudes working the food/cashier didn't even address me once even though I was standing there for 5 minutes. It actually became amusing to me like, "gee I wonder how long it'll take for these guys to say something" and it was at least 5 minutes. Literally both of them just standing there while I stand right at the spot where you order. So Im watching all the other employees and 1 was on his phone texting, 2 are in the back goofing off and the 2 up front were just standing around so ended up just walking out lol I went back tonight to give them another chance. None of the employees greet you when walking in. This time the dude at least addressed me when I was standing there to order. I ordered and he was super skimpy on the portions... haha it was pathetic, the smallest amount of food I've ever received from a chipotle and you'd assume that since they're close to closing they'd be more on the generous side rather than barely putting anything in the bowl. I live 5 minutes away, by the time I got home and started eating immediately, the food was cold... I'd rather drive an extra 5-10 minutes to one of the surrounding locations. Summary: Dull atmosphere Lazy employees Horrible customer service Messy food area Cold food Hire some energetic, bubbly employees that actually greet people when they come in, and tell them to have a good day when they leave. read more

Horrible! New to town and second time to this location. it was awful the first time too, but really close to my home and thought I would try again. nope. Terrible customer service. no greeting, no smile. They looked and moved like Zombies. there were at least 6 employees that took at minimum 5 minutes to serve the people in front of me. nothing was stocked and the food prep area was a mess. The garbage can next to the register was overflowing and gloves and towels spilling into the walkway. no napkins and the drink area was a mess. I can think of one other review I have left in my lifetime, so for me to do this says something. I will certainly be driving to the next nearest location the next time I want Chipotle. Someone in corporate should address this location. read more

They are always "digital only" so you order online then have to wait for food while you see 5-6 people working (only 2 of them are doing anything). They should just close since they can't operate a business because their current philosophy is not working. read more

I love you chipotle.. but being out of chips and guacamole for the 2nd time in one week.. makes me so sad! We have been helping a friend move into their house after their wedding last weekend and well.. chipotle is always a great lunch or dinner! This location, the 3 times we have been there has been fast and friendly.. but out of guac and chips twice, and then two of the times there was very hard and crispy fajita veggies because they were not cooked long enough and just tossed out on the line to move people along. TRUST ME.. we will wait for the good stuff.. because when its right, it is more than worth waiting for. Thank you read more

7:30 on Thursday . eve. Comcert playing in square. The staff was cleanimg and the food was moved from the fromt. I asked if they were closed it looked like they were. Okay there open. Third time I have stopped in, in the past month. Still no chips. I wanted a burrito and asked for the vegetables, was told sorry we are out but you can have beans. I didn't want beans. What a crap restaurant!!! If you call your order in it goes straight to the front of the line. They openly serve any call in ahead of the line of people. I will never go here again. We waited 25 minutes in line, watching the call in being served. Give this a miss!!! read more

Typically always get our food pretty quickly. Surprisingly, it's on a busy road but the line is never really backed up- which is really nice! Always give more rice/condiments when requested. The only things they might consider working on: 1. Adding some booths or getting comfortable chairs, 2. More friendly interaction with the customer- they aren't unfriendly, but they don't really add anything to the experience, either. read more

Came to grab some lunch with my family and was disappointed by a number of things. Employee mumbled an answer when asked about the new pollo asada and we weren't Sure if that meant that they had a any or not. Second thing was with our drink order. Ordered iced tea and when I went to fill my cup neither sweet or unsweet were available. No chips. Lastly many tables were dirty and there were no forks during a non-busy time (3:30).
